“I contacted customer services to speak about certificates that I did not get on some of my purchases and was told you don't get them on purchases under £100 yet I bought 2 of the same item and got authenticity certificate with one of them. This now makes me question when you are purchasing diamonds are they genuine”

“My first experience of shopping at TJC. Had to chase up my order as no details provided re delivery date. Apparently my order was misplaced. It then arrived quite quickly. However the colour of the necklace (costing around £450) was disappointing- too yellow. So item returned and now received a refund. I guess this is common when shopping on-line.”

“I recently ordered a tourmaline bracelet from Tjc, prior to its delivery I received a phonecall from your customer service team to verify my Details, after this my bracelet was dispatched to the 'wrong' Address. Royal mail tried to deliver it and sent me an Email informing of this. I arranged redelivery for Monday. Bank Holiday. So they Emailed me for a Tuesday delivery, I caught the Royal mail van outside to intercept my parcel, after a long conversation and a call to Royal mail office it transpires that Tjc have incorrectly addressed the parcel. I live at 125 Norburn, Bretton, Peterborough PE3 8NL, UK the item was Addressed to (115) Norburn. I nearly did not receive my order. I am very annoyed by this. Especially as I confirmed my address with your team prior to Despatch.”

“The items I ordered was both on the same day but only received them 4 days apart and the postage is ridiculous £7-99p for 2 items, why not send them together and the postage wouldn't be so much, gemporia only charge £3-99p a day for p&p which s more reasonable”

“Happy with my 1st order but did not receive my 2nd order. When called to find out what has happened, without confirming with me was told refund on its way, I told the guy I want the item not a refund. He said I can re order but not for the sale offer price. No apologic offer at least. I was really looking forward to my order as it would have been my daughters birthday present. Shame TJC was not able to do much.”

“I asked for an email confirmation of my cancellation of an order and was told that it was automatic as soon as my order was cancelled. The person I spoke to confirmed that she had just cancelled the order. Having received no email in 5 days I called again and was told that the order had been cancelled and the refund had already been made and was asked to email TJC to get the written confirmation. The email confirmation a few days later tells me I will get my refund, which I had been told had already been made, in 3-to 5 working days! I am considerably less than impresses!”
