“I have always received good service from TJC and all the staff I hav spoken to have been more than helpful. Only 1 Tim which I received and haven't bothered to return but will give it away if 5 Seasons Oil which is described as essential oil and this is most definately not possibly it contains a very low dose of essential oils but I am an Aromatherapist and thought when the oil was being promoted on Channel 50 this is too cheap but I listened and was taken in but hard luck I should have known better. To say 99 % of what I have bought over 6 or 7 years has been great”

“Items delivered quickly no pick Sheet. There was an item missing. My Granddaughters hair clips. 1 item to be Refunded although they are still selling on the auction site. Must admit no way up to their usual standard.”

“I have bought many items from tjc over the years. A few occasions I wanted to cancel the order with tjc it is not possible to cancel your order if you change your mind after you placed an order. Furthermore, there should be a free return service for the item purchased. It is difficult to get in touch with tjc with the customers service by phone unless you want to place an order.”

“I have been pleased with most of the things I have purchased from TJC. My biggest gripe would be the postage costs for small, lightweight items. Prompt postage, good website and reasonable prices. Wide choice of designs.”

“I enjoy watching and buying from Tjc but just recently twice the item I purchased was reduced by £50.00 so in total tjc are going to arrange a refund but only when I have finished buying the item in full. So that’s October”
