“I purchased a bottle of the seacra red algae recovery repair gel around 3 weeks ago I've just started to notice how amazing my complexion looks . I did have some slightly large pores around my nose area I also had for the last couple of years a small hard Whitehead on my nose area I tried everything to get rid of this Whitehead and nothing would get rid of this Whitehead but a couple of days ago to my surprise the Whitehead on my nose is gone and the pores on my nose are almost invisible. “I sent for a ring at the cost of £199 for next day delivery.
The ring didn’t arrive the next day.
I phoned the customer service and was told it would be another week before I received it so they refunded my postage. Another week passed still no ring got in touch again then received a messages to say it was lost in transit. I would be refunded in 3 to 5 days this has gone on for2 weeks now still waiting for my refund. To add insult to injury I paid £2000 for a ring that was reduced to £1000 7 weeks later.

“I ordered some earings which Brock.. no worries theses things happen I was refunded very quick then I notice about a week later 7.99 was taken out of my account for no reason. Finding a way to contact them had to be though there blog and I read to call them via phone it will cost me 15p per minute. However I was given the a way to send my concerned via a little box. I am now waiting to see what happens. I did not give this company the right to hold my card detales so this is really worrying me. I will let you know what the outcome is. “Been a customer for many years,and finding now items are nit described properly and if very poor standard, I bought a £60 Amber necklace that was and looked large beads told they were 14.5mm in diameter, recieved a very small 7.5mm one certainly not the one they presented, also strad watches that don't work after a few months,even with new,batteries. “I ordered an item with TJC on 09/04/22 which was displayed and presented live on air as a fantastic opportunity to purchase 2 rose bushes, and as always with this channel, it was like no-one else could provide....such a bargain which started at a ridiculously high price and worked its way down to a humdrum price that you would find in most hardening websites/stores. However, I thought it would save me going to one of these gardening centres or trawling the internet, so I placed an order. One month and three phone calls later....no plants and no returned call from a manager/supervisor as asked for. In the end I got some guy who didn't care at all for the inconvenience caused to me, not the fact that if I hadn't have repeatedly made the calls to follow -up on the items, who knows how long they would have kept my money and never sent the items.
