“I see a lot of negative reviews on Tobydeals. Now I don’t normally write reviews however as it all seems to be bad news when looking up this company I’d like to say I have no complaints. Ok to be fair my items took a long wile to come but the tracking was complete and clear. I was very worried after seeing all the negativity but my 2 canon lenses arrived in one piece and work fine. I saved a lot of money so no complaints. I’d say if your considering using Tobydeals be prepared for a long wait but I wouldn’t say they are all bad. The product is good and price is even better.”
“DO NOT BUY from this company is my advice. If I could have put a minus I would. I ordered and paid for a phone on 22nd October. At the time of writing (15th November) the phone has not arrived and according to UPS has not been dispatched by Toby Deals. My last communication from Tobydeals was 1st November. Nothing since despite my threatening them with negative reviews. I fortunately paid through PayPal so may have some sort of refund. As I say, pay a little bit more and buy from a reputable company.

“Purchased a CAT S61 phone from this seller, it arrived with a screen defect and was delivered days later than expected, literally just hours before I had to go away to work overseas
When I got back to the UK I raised a claim with them via their ‘RMA case’ system, but they tried to blame me, even though the defect is clearly underneath the factory applied screen protector, and are currently refusing to repair or replace the phone.
Just to add insult to injury PayPal have also rejected my claim even though the item supplied is clearly NOT AS DESCRIBED. i.e. I purchased a brand new phone but I received a sub-standard item with a screen defect.
I believe that PayPal have so much business from them (Tobydeals) that, that is why they ‘found in favour of the seller’ and my claim was denied!
Just to be clear, this item was supplied with a manufacturer defect, but it seems somehow Tobydeals have exempted themselves from legally and morally correct seller behaviour
Suggest you look elsewhere, pay a little bit extra and don't get involved with this unscrupulous and seemingly unregulated trader.

“I payed for my item on 24th November and have still not recieved it the courier service adviced that they have recieved the order details but no item. To say this is shady is an understatement and there has been no response from the company regarding it even though I have sent a lot of emails. There is no number to call to speak with anyone and my money has been taken. This strongly seems like a scam will not be using this service again once this is resolved. I am taking this to trading standards and logged a formal complaint which I plan to escalate to the FCA. Don’t make the same mistake I did.”
“Bought a phone, that started burning after firmware update and almost burned my house. My burned fingers had to be treated by the doctors in hospital and they don't want to take the product back. “DO NOT USE THIS SITE, THEY ARE BASED IN HONG KONG, not the UK as their name would suggest. I ordered a Nintendo Switch, with a Mario Game, costing £283.98, I did not receive confirmation of the order or estimated delivery date, only confirmation of PayPal payment. After several days I emailed, and they answered saying they had no record of my order, I sent them details of the payment. I then received an email saying it had been dispatched. The Nintendo Switch arrived today, with a ?chinese plug and an English adapter plug, no proper instructions, just a small piece of paper written in Chinese and the Mario Party Game is also in Chinese. I thought this company was based in the UK. I purchased this as a Christmas Gift for my Granddaughters. Not sure if it will be compatible with UK games, feeling naive and ripped off at the same time. Really should of done my homework, the only reason I bought from this site was, it had the Super Mario Party game with the Nintendo Switch, it was very similar priced to other UK sellers, so no massive savings.”

First i paid for an item , waited more then a month , and never get delivered.
Tried to contact them ( only on email as they don't even have a telephone number for customers ) on lots of occasion and i got barely replied saying that my package was send back to their deport.
I applied then for a refund , sending lots of email and got maybe a replay after a week saying that the payment would have arrived in my PayPal account . Since now , after 3 weeks din;t get any payment and they have disappeared.
I have opened a case with Consumer right agency Europe and i hope the will do the worst for them as well.
Please avoid buy from those SCAMS . This is not a decent company and they should shout down the web site immediately.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER ANYTHING from Tobydeals.UK . The scam they operate is to get you to pay something they never intend to deliver (Galaxy S9 for £476 in my case). They answer emails inquiring where the article has got to by pretending you can track the package, and then by pretending to launch an inquiry. After 7 weeks I demanded a refund and instantly they magically responded with the inquiry result (that I'd waited a week for) that the phone had been lost in transit. Total compensation (yet to be paid) = £10 from the courier, as Tobydeals.uk takes no responsibility. IT IS A SCAM. Any genuine company has insurance and offers a refund or a replacement. My phone never existed and I paid for something that were never going to supply. Ignore any positive feedback on the internet that they have probably faked”
“Someone within Toby Deals should be aware of the ongoing issues we have with a go pro not being delivered. You really should be able to find it on your system.
In all honesty I am seriously unimpressed with the way in which the matter has been handled, as it seems to have disappeared into a black hole at the Toby Deal end. We are out of pocket to the tune of circa £200. When something goes wrong with either Toby's Deals, or their appointed delivery contractor’s processes, then do not expect any help from Toby’s Deals whatsoever.
