“Ordered a car part, advert listed my car as compatible. Part was a week later than advertised and when it arrived doesn't fit or look at all like the picture. Requested the correct part to be told if you want a refund then you have to pay for it. 4 weeks later the customer service "team" haven't accepted any responsibility so I'm posting negative reviews everywhere I can - AVOID!!”

“SCAMMERS !!! I ordered a 3D printer, at a cost of USD 225, to be shipped from a warehouse in Germany to Denmark. Instead I received an industrial meat mincer!? Of course the Chinese seller showed absolutely no interest in resolving the issue and at first denied there being a problem at all and later started requesting pictures and videos again and again and again. The sellers solution. Ship the meat mincer (18.3 kg) all the way from Denmark to China at an estimated cost of USD 243! All at the buyers own expense!”

“Online shoppers beware! I've purchased my good back in Nov 19 and as in today, I'm still wondering if it's got lost in its way. Tomptop's been from day one unprofessional, deceitful and they still don't know about what happened to my purchase. First of all it took at least 4 days for the payment to be processed...then 2 weeks for the product to be allegedly shipped..with a tracking link which never worked. I complained so many times that I lost count. The two last contact with them was: 1) "We don't know where's your parcel, check if it's not at your local post office..." 2) An updated tracking link with the parcel delivery date in my country occurring before it'd left China!? “worst internet store ever.im still waiting item standard shipping one month plus 17 days.tracking number said in transit but where? second item paid priority shipping 4-7 business days now still in transit bout month.so get lost thiefs i get camera after 2 months.when shake camera make noise inside something not fit inside. just get lost chinese thiefs!!!!!!!!!! second item still in transit................. stay away people keep money safe!!!!!!!!!”

“Don’t buy from TomTop.com they could just steal your money, it happened to me! I ordered an item on their website based on their picture showing what the item could do. When I received it, it could not do what was shown on the picture and in fact the users manual specifically said it could not do it. A clear case of false advertising. I asked TomTop.com for a refund of this low cost (US$9.99) item. TomTop did not dispute the false advertising but insisted that I must return the item at my expenses and via registered mail. This would have cost more than the cost of the item and they knew it, they even said so to me. However, I was flying to Taiwan 2 weeks later and I decided to take the item with me and mail it to Mainland China from there. The cost was half of the cost of the item so I decided to do it. TomTop sent me the address of their return warehouse to send the item back to and, again, insisted on getting it via registered mail. As soon as I arrived in Taiwan I went to the post office and mailed it by registered mail (which was 3 times more expensive than non-registered). Delivery was guaranteed by the Taiwan postal system within 7 to 10 days. TomTop had written to me they would refund me upon reception of the item at the warehouse. Within a week, I got confirmation of proper delivery by the Taiwan post office and warehouse staff had signed for it. I told TomTop the item had been deleivered (with proof of it) and I was expecting my refund ASAP. 25 days later I still did not have the refund. I contacted TomTop and they said they could not locate the item in the warehouse. Then they said I had sent the item to an address they have not used anymore for a while! The item was sent to the address THEY gave me 2 weeks prior to sending it back! They obviously did not want to pay my refund. I confronted them with this and they stopped replying to my emails! I have started a chargeback process with my credit card company and hopefully it will go through as I did not get anything from the money I paid (purchase price plus return shipping cost). TomTop.com just stole my money, period! If you have too much money you want to waste, go and buy from TomTop.com! If you want an honest company, don’t deal with TomTop.com they are NOT honest; there are several other reliable and honest companies available to order from China…”

“Terrible company, terrible service. Purchased electric skateboard for son xmas present. It is faulty. Tomtop have confirmed that it is faulty as I sent video as requested. A week later still no resolution. Apparantly I have to take it to local shop... which does not exist in the UK... perhaps they will pay for my flights 🤣😂 AVOID THIS COMPANY”

“Ordered a board game and paid additional $15 for priority shipping (3-6 business days). Item has taken 14 days to get to me and is still not yet delivered. I believe they did not use priority shipping at all. Contacted them about partial refund and have been ignored. Don't shop here it is not worth it since items are shipped from China it can take a long time getting through customs. Fedex teacking shows that my item has been jumping from Cali to Nevada to Utah to Colorado to Missouri before being sent to my actual state. That is NOT priority shipping.”

“Bought a car camera worked for about a couple of months, worked intermittent, then stopped working altogether, I emailed them and they passed me around there office asking all sorts of questions which I answered, then they asked me to send them a video of it and how I was starting it up, they went as far to say I was cruel, so I said if you pay you're entitled to say and they didn't like that, my advice is spend your money in the UK Don't get involved with this company they are a nightmare to do business with”

“This company is a joke!!... I ordered 2 rc cars from ebay, different sellers. Both cars crapped out super fast. I had to get ebay involved to get a refund twice. I then noticed that both shipping labels were made out to this wretched company, Tomtop. So this company basically has a bunch of monkeys peddling their garbage on ebay. Stay away from this company & any seller on ebay working for this sad excuse of a company.”

“I am SO upset, irritated, and disappointed with my experience with TomTop. I submitted an order for a PockRock which cost me $25.99. First I noticed the item hasn't arrived by the time they said it would be so I started emailing them and I always would get the same robotic response. After questioning them for a date of delivery and being told the same thing over and over again, they finally sent me an email saying my package had been delivered. So I go to the front office where packages are signed for by our property's office agents whom have a strict system on receiving and signing for packages. I went every day for 4 days after receiving that email from TomTop "claiming" that the item was in fact already delivered to my shipping address. So far to this day, there has been no record of anything signed for at our office and there has been nothing delivered to my mailbox. Nothing delivered to my address. So on top of them being LATE on the delivery, they ended up not even having delivered anything to me. I have been going back and forth with TomTop and they're refusing to do anything to resolve this issue!!! They're telling me to go to the Post office and get proof that the item wasn't delivered. Ordering me to waste MY time looking for something they actually never sent to me. HOW RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. If I knew I was gonna get my money stolen and my time wasted, I would have NEVER ordered from them. Now I'm just trying to get them to take me seriously and WARN EVERYONE to not trust TomTop with your money because they stole mine. I would never again order from here, and I hope nobody has to deal with TomTops fraudulent activities and HORRIBLE customer service from Amy, Alissa, Faye and specially Steven. My order number is Order No:BA19G21S3458-05607E and my email is deerodriguez806@yahoo.com and I have been emailing them almost EVERY DAY and they aren't correcting their mistake.”
