I had bought a remote control army pick up for a grandson for Christmas I waited over a month for delivery the box look like it had been run over by a truck the vehicle itself was broke we feel the way it was in its box it had been sent back to them faulty and they just sent it back out to usTerrible terrible service junk

They need photo of my Mastercard to proceed order.. but they take my money for 7 days. Nice practice. Stay away!

Terrible company, terrible service. Purchased electric skateboard for son xmas present. It is faulty. Tomtop have confirmed that it is faulty as I sent video as requested. A week later still no resolution. Apparantly I have to take it to local shop... which does not exist in the UK... perhaps they will pay for my flights 🤣😂 AVOID THIS COMPANY

Ordered a board game and paid additional $15 for priority shipping (3-6 business days). Item has taken 14 days to get to me and is still not yet delivered. I believe they did not use priority shipping at all. Contacted them about partial refund and have been ignored. Don't shop here it is not worth it since items are shipped from China it can take a long time getting through customs. Fedex teacking shows that my item has been jumping from Cali to Nevada to Utah to Colorado to Missouri before being sent to my actual state. That is NOT priority shipping.

I will never shop again from this company.Bad customer service, delivered my items a month late and didn’t tell me anything about the Custom ,Won’t recommend to anyone to shopping.

Bought a car camera worked for about a couple of months, worked intermittent, then stopped working altogether, I emailed them and they passed me around there office asking all sorts of questions which I answered, then they asked me to send them a video of it and how I was starting it up, they went as far to say I was cruel, so I said if you pay you're entitled to say and they didn't like that, my advice is spend your money in the UK Don't get involved with this company they are a nightmare to do business with

This company is a joke!!... I ordered 2 rc cars from ebay, different sellers. Both cars crapped out super fast. I had to get ebay involved to get a refund twice. I then noticed that both shipping labels were made out to this wretched company, Tomtop. So this company basically has a bunch of monkeys peddling their garbage on ebay. Stay away from this company & any seller on ebay working for this sad excuse of a company.

I am SO upset, irritated, and disappointed with my experience with TomTop. I submitted an order for a PockRock which cost me $25.99. First I noticed the item hasn't arrived by the time they said it would be so I started emailing them and I always would get the same robotic response. After questioning them for a date of delivery and being told the same thing over and over again, they finally sent me an email saying my package had been delivered. So I go to the front office where packages are signed for by our property's office agents whom have a strict system on receiving and signing for packages. I went every day for 4 days after receiving that email from TomTop "claiming" that the item was in fact already delivered to my shipping address. So far to this day, there has been no record of anything signed for at our office and there has been nothing delivered to my mailbox. Nothing delivered to my address. So on top of them being LATE on the delivery, they ended up not even having delivered anything to me. I have been going back and forth with TomTop and they're refusing to do anything to resolve this issue!!! They're telling me to go to the Post office and get proof that the item wasn't delivered. Ordering me to waste MY time looking for something they actually never sent to me. HOW RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. If I knew I was gonna get my money stolen and my time wasted, I would have NEVER ordered from them. Now I'm just trying to get them to take me seriously and WARN EVERYONE to not trust TomTop with your money because they stole mine. I would never again order from here, and I hope nobody has to deal with TomTops fraudulent activities and HORRIBLE customer service from Amy, Alissa, Faye and specially Steven. My order number is Order No:BA19G21S3458-05607E and my email is deerodriguez806@yahoo.com and I have been emailing them almost EVERY DAY and they aren't correcting their mistake.

This company is fine (if you are lucky enough to actually receive your goods), unless there is a problem with your goods, and then they are a bunch of cheats and crooks who will NOT obligate any warranty. I received an Xduoo X10 ii music player (£180+), which stopped outputting sound after three months. I was asked to video this and put it on YouTube, and if I didn't do this they wouldn't provide an address to return the item. I have a landline and computer, but no video recorder, so how can I do this? Even if I could do this, a video would not highlight an electrical fault to the sound output, as the player turns on as normal and looks normal. This fault has been confirmed by Richer Sounds technicians. There are numerous complaints that even those who have sent videos, have received no refund or replacement. Without doubt this is the WORST customer service I have received from any company ever. I will never buy from Tomtop again, I advise you to think twice before even considering buying from this Dodgy Chinese company.

Tomtop has been the WORST to work with. I ordered a package forever ago, and when I contacted them about it the said the accidentally sent me the wrong package. They are now holding my package hostage until I send the other package back, and I have to pay for the shipping!! Which is not cheap and it’s so frustrating since it is there mistake, not mine. I’m worried even if I return the wrong package I will never get my money back. I will never be ordering from them again.

Ordered fire pit for my husband for Father's Day it arrived with broken ceramic tiles I paid 99.99 dollars they wanted to reimburse me $10. Very cheap and terrible customer service. No local phone number. Out of country possibly China but local United States Warehouse. Still no local phone number to call them. Never will order from tomtop again.

This site takes your money, does not complete the order then cancels the order. So they have the use of your funds for a week and their support is awful. They then want me to send credit card details by email!!!!!! Avoid!

30 LED Solar Motion Lights I bought 6 Solar Motion Lights from Tomtop, Order AA18K08X5412-EF8I06 andAA18J17M2842-4VP3EB, One light arrived damaged and 3 other motion lights "exploded" within a month. These solar motion lights are "fire hazard".There are many reports about them on Google causing Fire. After many e-mails Tomtop offered to reimburse me at first only $ 5.00, later on increased the offer to $ 12.00. In fact Tomtop gave me NO REFUND at all !!! Very dishonest business selling inferior/defective quality solar motion lights, which are "exploding" and a "fire hazard". Very sad experience indeed.

Awful customer service from TomTop. Ordered 2 sets of luggage and TomTop sent them to the wrong address and now will not refund my money. They admit the address was wrong and expect me to return the luggage (which I don't have!!) before they will refund me. I am taking this further and involving the Police but in the meantime I have NO luggage and a smaller bank account. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Be very careful! I ordered a Garmin edge 200 but when it arrived everything was in Chinese - the instruction book and the screen. As I don't read Chinese, it was completely useless. Contacted Tomtop but got no response. Went to put in for a return but it's impossible to find an address etc for a return.
