About TONI&GUY:

TONI&GUY is the ‘Official Sponsor to London Fashion Week’ and create the hair for over 60 designer catwalk shows each year working with top designers including Giles Deacon, Todd Lynn, Jean- Pierre Braganza and William Tempest. Toni Mascolo and Brother Guy co-founded the first TONI&GUY salon in 1963 in Clapham, London, joined later by their two brothers Bruno and Anthony. By the late 1990’s the company had grown from a single salon to over a hundred in over 20 countries world-wide.
Driven by their philosophy of pushing the boundaries of hairdressing and delivering creativity, quality and consistency to every client, Toni and Guy Mascolo were one of the first to begin the franchising boom, with the first franchised salon opening in Brighton in 1988.
TONI&GUY have remained at the forefront of the hairdressing industry and has pioneered the professional hairdresser, exceeding all industry standards to make expertise available on a global scale.

“Ordered a 1000ml bottle online, but received a 300ml shampoo instead with no free conditioner. After a brief discussion with Customer Services and then the Returns department, a 1000ml of both the shampoo and conditioner was then received. Maybe not the best first time online experience, but the returns lady did take on board my concerns and resolved the issue promptly.”

“I have been going to T&G for 20 years and been pleased. I responded to your email of 28/3/20 at 8.05 pm with an offer comprising free Conditioner if I bought a shampoo. I placed this order on 29/3/20 and have now got the Label m organic orange blossom shampoo only. Please advise me when I may expect the other part of the purchase, i.e. the free organic orange blossom conditioner.”

“The products are great but it is not ecologically friendly to keep sending out free sample products which people don't require. I now have 4 hair brushes and a make up brush that I don't need and don't have an easy way of disposing of them.”

“I order wella oils conditioner and kerastase anti-dandruff both of which I love for my fussy, irritated-by-anything skin and long hair. There was a mix up with my order which is unusual (I've been ordering several biggish orders a year for many years no with no problem), but this has now been resolved once I got through to their team (it always happens at the weekend after new year doesn't it). The process was a bit awkward but the staff I spoke to were all nice, keen to help and listened once I got through - and within 24hrs of speaking to them I had all my products. I am satisfied with their sorting me out, and I'm hoping from their response and follow-up that they will also take on board my feedback/suggestions to make this a bit easier that they were happy to listen to.”
