“My mother was delighted on her birthday
Delivery was fast , got what I ordered view pics below.
I was worried because of the reviews but I’m happy with my purchase
Although, I wish I had gotten a smaller cake it was huge
But delicious!
Thank you Toronto blooms”
“SCAMMERS!!! I ordered flowers and made cancellation 4 hours after that, but they never gave me my money back (61$)! More over next night my bank noticed me that same shop charged me again 66.67$ at 4am with no reason.
We called and texted to their manager Stella Marie and she responded only that they won’t give my money back in a super rude way!”
“Crappy Crappy service on both ends ordered on the 26th tor delivery today , was very specific office closes at 2pm , yet nothing has been delivered. Emailed and called to be told I they don’t know when it will be delivered, smh what sort of business is this - can’t even get a refund this is bs , don’t use this service it’s horrible!!!!”
“So my sisters birthday was March 23 rd I sent her flours plus fruit basket they charged same day fee and they never delivered I got an email next day saying it was shipped my sister never got it finally I asked for a refund they are not professional at all and I would not order from them again or recommend it to anyone. Don’t waste your money or time find another florist who can deliver.”
“Very unprofessional, I never received my item, never was I compensated. I was sent long write up about company policy. I tried several times to post a review and they refused to upload it.”
“Worst gift ordering company I have ever done business with.
When I placed my order, I entered the delivery date, paid extra for that. When I entered my credit card info, the delivery date automatically changed to my billing address. I sent an email with the correct address and delivery date. I received a phone call and text from another company stating that my delivery to my billing address was scheduled for later that day (same day i ordered), which was the wrong date. I decided to call the customer service line. The rep was probably 12 years old and confirmed the information 3X, including the delivery date, name and address.
My daughter still got her birthday treats 3 days early!!!”
“The worst customer service I've ever experienced. One attempt to deliver flowers and when my friend wasn't home, they marked it as failed. When I reached out to see what my options were, it was lofty deliver fee to try again or partial refund $49 of the $120. After having an awful back and forth where they made it so hard to do a redelivery, I had to go with the partial refund option. Spent $70 to have a terrible experience and ended up having to buy flowers elsewhere.”
“TERRIBLE SERVICE! They left flowers in delivery over the weekend.. SO DISAPPOINTED. They should not provide options for one business day on Friday because it means they sent out flowers on Friday and they arrive at the destination on Monday... disappointing. the instructions and options are so unclear!!”
“Missed valentines day delivery because they didnt call. Charged excessively for delivery ($300+) then charged $60 for redelivery fee.
Did not complete redelivery, and did not offer any refund.”
“Awful. Do not use. They allowed me to pick the same day for delivery and it wasn’t delivered until the next day at nearly 5pm. When I emailed customer service they said their website said same-day orders need to be in before 11. So why was I able to choose same day? And why was it so late the next day? Rude and unhelpful customer service.”
“I did not get what I ordered. They said it’s pink I say it’s peachy blush and definitely not what was pictured. When you try to get a hold of them the number is not in service and it seems like you’re talking to an automated email who spits out these ridiculous condescending, passive aggressive responses.”
“toronto blooms delivered a predated order for valentine’s day at almost 9pm on valentine’s day. when i emailed to inquire about tardiness there was no response and the phone number listed does not even connect (no ringing) and cuts off.
what’s more, when the bouquet did arrive some flowers were wilted and some stalks slightly bent. major disappointment.
i will not be ordering from toronto blooms again and would not recommend this service/ business if getting what you ordered on time is something that is important to you.”
“I have ordered a product with a beautiful letter but i got the cheap wrong product with no letter. These guys are scammers and fooling their customers.”
“My boyfriend ordered me flowers for Valentines Day requested delivery on February 14th and they were delivered on the 13th to my office at 5PM. So disappointing. Their reasoning was they had too many orders and to prevent them from being late they delivered at 5pm the night before. If you take on too many orders hire more employees if you cant deliver the time requested advise the client don't just take it upon yourself to decide a woman would want VDay flowers on Feb 13. Lastly, the card on the outside said "Love you Ethan" I have no idea who Ethan is. I later found out it was the delivery man. Why on earth would they write his name in marker on the the card right beside the Love You? Horrible horrible experience DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!”
“I ordered a chocolate raspberry cake from Toronto Blooms (I was looking for this flavor specifically as this is the birthday person's favourite). But I was disappointed that it was substituted with chocolate vanilla cake without advanced notice. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction, there was no acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused. This lack of customer service and transparency in communication is concerning. Future customers, be cautious of potential substitution at Toronto Blooms.”
