They were all dead. The baby's breath is brown!! How embarrassing!!
You should not advertise that you can deliver to the US when you are not equipped to do so!! Took 6 days even though the order said next day delivery!!

“The worst company I have ever purchased from. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I ordered flowers from Toronto to Halifax for a client and they were received 7 days later when the expected delivery date was 3-business days. The flowers were damaged in transit and arrived wilted and moldy from condensation.
Blooms refused to issue a full refund because "I shouldn't have selected ground shipping" but instead should have paid $161 for next day shipping for $65 flowers. Why would you offer ground shipping then?
Absolute joke of a company and terrible customer service. First and last time ever purchasing from them.”
“Horrible. Only reason I ordered from them is because of the add ons which I payed for separately from my flowers and received something entirely different. When I emailed customer service, they were extremely rude and told me I signed off on their terms and conditions which states they can change and modify any part of my order without telling me. Basically they’re a**holes.”
“Will never order from them again. Ordered flowers and have it delivered two days later. The flowers were not cheap and had to pay 11.99 for a delivery service that was late to a commercial office and they rudely just left the flowers at the lobby with no one to verify if it’s been received. It did not look fresh by the time some one got to it. Contacted CS for them to deny a refund even of the delivery fee and was just given templates as responses.

They will send you the wrong order on purpose and not try to fix it because of the terms you agree to when you make the purchase (they can apparently change your order at anytime without notifying you). “Is this company for real? I paid extra for a card that said I love you and I just got a printed piece of paper with the order on the other half of the piece of paper stuck to the outside of the bag. The balloon wasn't on a stick it was jammed in the bag, this delivery which I paid almost $200 for was just left outside the door without confirmation of receipt. I have no idea what the final package looked like because I never received any photo of what I purchased. This company sucks. Is this seriously how things are done up in Toronto? However, May 20th was an available date for delivery on their website. The flowers that were delivered were awful. Absolutely embarrassed. Customer service was worse than the $75 wilted orchids that were eventually delivered. Disgraceful.”
