“I loved my tour of Easter Island. The Tour company worked with me to be able to get a flight to the island on the dates I would be in Chile. It took several tries to lock down a date with availablity. I was received with a lei from my airport transfer. My hotel Ohana had air conditioning and gourmet meals. The three tours that were included in my package were amazing and punctual. I also got a gift from the departure airport transfer. Everything was smooth. I highly recommend booking with Aborigen.”

“MADE A MISTAKE USING TOURRADAR FOR RESERVATION ( COULD GO DIRECTLY TO IRISH SITE) - CANADIAN AGEN NOT RESPONSIVE TO ALL MAY TENTATIVES: There is NO live chat the chat is "virtual" not able to provide specifics. Threre is no way to contact the Agent listed by reservation the "1-800" number is NOT conecting with anybody ( 45Min on the line) . I'll try to contact the Irish site to get more clarity on my concerns ...I hope this was not a scam”

“I have experienced an issue, regarding your responses, TourRadar. You said in 3-4 days, your booking will be confirmed, it took you 7-8 days to let me, since l was late getting flights, l lost out on a lower price, which doesn't look good on your company. Since even Intrepid in collaboration with you, your communication between the two of you is absolutely poor. Will compensate me the $300/, instead of $672, l had to pay $949or so. So l suggested, to be more efficient, you need to have quick responses. Other than that, no other issues.”

“The advertised tour in Spain was misleading. It promoted a 7 day tour and in actual fact it was 4 days. I ended up paying way too much for very little.”

“It's been months and I still have not heard if my tour is going ahead or not. I understand the reasons, but when I have had to book air flights so far in advance, the risk of the trip not going ahead is getting more traumatic every day!!”
