TourRadar operates as a middle man for your bookings. They tend to charge you first for the whole amount, and latter contact the vendo and check availability. When it comes to communication with the vendors, you are left on your own. They monior the converstaion without interuptins or interference. If the deal goes south - the vendor is to blame! Tried to book a sailing trip where the original listed price was at $500. Had to wait for 4 days from the vendor to get back with news that I must pay extra $250 - due to a "highly demanded week". OK, not to fuss I agreed. only to be contacted again with info that now, if I still wann go must pay for an cabin upgrade @ $1500 p/p... Happily canceled this resevation with the wannabe pirate, however still had to wait for 2 weeks for my funds refund. Again, TourRadar newer interfered ?!

We connect travellers such as yourself, with tour operators all over the globe and the tours they have to offer, while providing you 24/7 customer service, competitive prices and the largest range of tours available online. We can confirm that all of the communication regarding your sailing trip was with our Travel Experts here at TourRadar. Unfortunately, the trip you requested to book was not able to accommodate another two travellers, so we worked with you to explore the alternative options. As we communicated in your booking page, your payment transaction was never executed, rather your funds were pre-authorised, pending the confirmation of your booking. As soon as we together, established that none of the alternatives we were able to offer (either cabin upgrade on your desired trip or alternative dates) would suit your travel plans, we released your pre-authorised funds which happened just two days after your original booking request was submitted. The standard time for pre-authorised funds to be released (by your bank) is 3 - 7 business days. We're disappointed to hear you feel that the service our TourRadar Travel Experts provided you, did not meet your expectations. We will be in touch with you directly to collect any further feedback you may have and remind you that our team is available 24/7 by phone or online chat should there be anything at all you need. We had a great deal of difficulty making contact with a person with you people, fortunately we had a brochure from a travel agent which answered our questions. The only query we had took a week for a reply,not acceptable in this day of the World Wide Web. The price however balances out the above.

I found the whole process very easy and when I needed more information there was someone at the end of the phone immediately who provided excellent information for the planning of our upcoming tour of Russia. I am just about to continue to book other tours with them.

I booked this when the tour price was reduced to $1,380, however, when I paid my deposit I was charged $2,080. I cannot get anyone to respond to me about correcting this error.

We can see that one of our agents sent you an accurate quote for your desired departure date upon request when you inquired with us prior to booking. This agent advised that you can go ahead and submit your booking request online once you are ready. You then independently placed your booking online, which was confirmed according to our standard procedure. We can see that since then, various agents have been corresponding with you via your booking page to advise that the price you saw at the time of booking was the correct price for your departure date. I just booked a tour to the Atacama Desert w Tourradar. The booking experience was easy very to do. I had a whole bunch of questions and Marilda who I communicated with provided excellent support. She answered all of my questions very quickly. Based on this booking experience, I expect that the actual tour will be excellent. DON

There was a problem in that when I booked a tour, I was not given confirmation for a day or so. Then the tour was full, so I had to cancel the flight I had booked. I booked another tour, and TourRadar was good enough to pay my flight cancellation fee. It would be helpful if they could confirm tours more quickly though. I am looking forward to my tour of Norway.

Hi Norman, We thank you for your valued feedback, however, we regret to hear that you were unable to secure a spot on your desired date and had to cancel your flights. When spaces on tours are limited, a booking will go on-request with the operator before we can officially confirm your spaces. At the time of making an on-request booking, each customer will receive a notification on their screen stating ‘Awaiting Confirmation’ meaning the spaces are yet to be confirmed. We do sincerely regret to hear that you had booked flights and then had to cancel when the operator confirmed there was only one space remaining. However, when any booking is awaiting confirmation, we do recommend not to book flights until the place on this tour is fully confirmed. Having looked into your file, we can see that the operator did reach out with an alternative option for you and are glad to see that this new date has since been confirmed!
