The experience was good However I paid a deposit and then was meant to be paying fortnightly to pay off the trip that hasn’t happened going I’m still in the system For the dates I’ve requested

Tour Radar have a very easy site to use, offering huge amounts of information on many hundreds of trips, with many, many different company's. Of equal importance is that you can phone them and talk through the various options and ad ons.

Your system has so much security for online booking that it was impossible to book online and I had to do this over the phone

This is an extra security step that has been implemented for your protection. Because of this, we have noticed an increase in "Failed Payments". So simple to book. The description of the trip was pretty comprehensive so we were happy to book. It took / days for the trip to be confirmed but that was made clear at the time. We were contacted almost immediately after confirmation and were easily able to ask questions

It was very difficult to book our trip, took several on line conversations and finally had to have an agent from Australia do the booking..still unclear if we will have an English speaking guide on bus as it states Spanish speaking guide which I really don't understand...hope the trip goes smoother than the booking! Also flights are made more difficult with arrival and departure in two different cities making it more costly..

I would give Tour Radar the highest ratings possible except for one thing--I haven't received nor been told how I will receive travel documents or where they will come from.

I was actually on the phone with Julie at Globus to walk me through YOUR booking on line because I could not get through to TourRadar on the phone, I was on hold for a eternity which led me to call Globus. Because of this eternity I was going to skip you, and go through Globus, but Julie informed me I had to go through your website, therefore, she helped me go through the whole process.

Several weeks ago, I reserved two places on the Devon and Cornwall Tour from London in July, 2022. I copied the confirmation, but could not find my booking later with Tour Radar. After several communications back and forth, I was advised to rebook, which I did. But, once again, I did not receive a confirmation for several days. Finally, I received a confirmation. It took me almost three weeks to book this trip. REVISED: Once TourRadar was notified of my problems, they helped and we have been able to book. Thanks.

Easy, efficient and exciting! That was my booking experience with TourRadar. I contacted them over the phone and they had immediate answers to my questions. Filling out the documents was easy and self explanatory. Looking forward to my trip!!!
