I made a booking for a trip, but within three hours of getting an acknowledgement , I got a call from the USA . I have members of my family living there, and it was to tell me to set aside a week in September for family events. Unfortunately, I had to cancel this trip and despite the fact that you normally lose your deposit, the actual amount hadn’t gone through my bank, nor through their process and they were very kind to give me my deposit back. For this action alone but under these special circumstances I rate them highly. I will try for another trip in 2021.

Excellent service. They emailed me back immediately following my phone conversation and after I rang and gave my details of the trip I was after and my card details the trip was confirmed within the hour. I had expected a day or so as I have had with other agents. Entering details via the internet was easy. I am now looking at their site to find another trip with them

Generally, the service was excellent, but the expected turnaround for booking confirmation was longer than expected (1 week, instead of 2 days). I was updated that still in progress after the 2 days. We are very much looking forward to the trip.

I call to book, as it is usually for myself and a friend that lives abroad, so I deal with the sometimes tedious "on-hold" music/info/wait times. It is hard, if not impossible, to ever talk to the same person with whom you've spoken before if you have follow-up questions or concerns. The same goes with when you email your questions. However, that being said, it is simple to sort out what they offer and what the itinerary is. What can be hard is to sort out what the optional tours that the underlying tour organizer is actually offering as far as the timing goes (fitting in with the included parts) so it's sometimes better to wait until you are there to better understand that part. So bring extra cash if you plan extra excursions NOT on the itinerary.

I first wrote that the tour description was good but lacked the ability to include my traveling partner in the correspondence and also we wanted to split the payment on both our credit cards. In response to this comment, I received a phone call the next day and how to do this was explained, plus followed up with an email. I couldn't ask for better or quicker service.

The booking process was really simple. After filling in the basic required information and paying a deposit of about 20%, we were told that it would take up to 48h to confirm our places. We got a confirmation on the next day of booking so was nice and quick.

Second time I have booked with Tourradar,they have travel product which is 2nd to none.I love being able to contact a consultant 24/7 365 days of the year.Staff have always been responsive to requests and get back with answer/information promptly.Highly recommend them.
