Hello Mauricio, Thank you for your feedback regarding your booking and payment experience! Our Customer Service team are automatically alerted when a customer is having payment issues and will reach out with advice via our online chat function. Firstly we advise using a form of payment we accept, which is Mastercard, Visa Credit, PayPal or American Express. Sometimes it may be a block from your payment provider causing the issue. In that case, we advise customers to contact their bank and ask them to whitelist payments to TourRadar GmbH in Vienna, Austria. This is fairly normal and is just your bank’s way of protecting you. Should a payment continue to be unsuccessful we advise using another payment method to see if this helps. We are therefore very happy to see that by using PayPal, you were able to successfully submit your payment and booking request! It is the first time I booked a tour package through Tour Radar. First, navigating is easy, very descriptive and many options (depending where you would like to travel), prices are very competitive. My first chatting experience was with Piotr, he was very friendly and helpful; my second chatting experience was with Heidi, at first I got confused as she was not sure about one of the additional services offered in the package, later she confirmed. I am looking forward to start my adventure to Russia!

Well the booking part was good but after that i received a message back that the trip is not quite is advertised, it is shorter and not as good. This is not acceptable as the trip is still as is on site. Why not change it instead of waiting for people to buy and then inform them it is not true? The trip is Go Local in Greece.

Initial contact was very good but then because we are for certain details and requirements it looked like they did not want to know us. Then another request to TourRadar and we were back in business and all seems to be good. There feed back on all questions have been answered with additional details and help.

Straight forward and always somebody available to chat with if required. Only problem I had was when I tried to use a promo code. The discount was taken from the total amount of the holiday but would not deduct from the credit card payment and it left me having to pay the advertised price of the holiday. This was both confusing and annoying as it did not give me any reason for the code not being accepted, just left me annoyed 😠
