“It was easy to search, filter, find and book tours. It would be helpful to include guidance regarding not booking flights until the tour is 100% confirmed at the beginning of the booking process. It would also be helpful to say there may be additional fees for solo travelers.”

Hello there! Thank you for your review and for your constructive feedback. We're pleased you find our site easy to use! We have a vast range of tours which offer you immediate confirmation, but for those that require processing before confirmation, you're absolutely right - we don't recommend you book your flights until your tour is 100% confirmed. We communicate this via email as soon as we receive your booking request, but perhaps we can look at displaying this somewhere else too. Thanks for the suggestion! Regarding 'fees for solo travellers', this is also only applicable to some tours, but completely understand it can be disappointing if you hadn't budgeted for it. Single supplements are made mandatory by the tour operators, usually for tours where there is no-one else to share with (ie: independent or small group tours) or in cases where the tour is a premium product and sharing with a stranger is not something the operator's brand wants to offer. Having said that, there is good news too - TourRadar offers a vast range of tours operated by companies who are more than happy to pair solo travellers with another person of the same gender. This information is displayed on our dedicated tour detail pages under 'inclusions', however, if you're ever unsure, simply get in touch and we'll be happy to help! “i just booked a tour trip of England, Wales, Ireland and a wee bit of Scotland and can hardly wait to go. Tour Radar's website is easy to use, offers many options and I feel we have the right trip for us. We had questions so I sent a message listing them and received a response from Courtney within 2 hours with all questions answered! They kindly reminded me I could use the website messaging or chat online for questions that are not urgent or call them directly for things that needed a quick response. It is also good to remember you may not always communicate with the same company rep due to scheduling and they work out of multiple locations. When I voiced a concern about something I received a personal phone call from a very helpful and courteous customer service rep. Can't wait to take our trip, I will get back to you with a review in July! Thank you Tour Radar 😊”

Hello Jaleesa, Thank you for your review, we're glad you've enjoyed your experience with TourRadar so far. Allow me to offer an explanation regarding your comment about deposit payments. For most tours, the booking amount must be paid in full, some 45-60 days before the tour departs. This payment period varies from one tour to the next and is dictated by the tour operator of your selected tour. If you make a last minute booking, that is, after the date the final payment is due, then, unfortunately, there will not be an option to book with only a deposit. “Very long phone call received after I could not access correspondence in my Hotmail account(I am still baffled as to why this was). Your agent very patiently waited until I could accesse gmail and checked I did receive further messages. Explained how booking was progressing, method of payment etc. Well done.”
