In seeking a possible package tour in Turkey for my family of four I came to know the existence of TourRadar. It is the best among the providers in terms of user-friendliness and customer service response. I also found that TourRadar operates in other countries like Spain and Italy as well. Booking was easy and got confirmation straight away. The operator also responded very quickly. The only issue was the deposit paid did not reflect in the voucher from the operator. May be it took time for Tour Radar to pass the deposit to the operator. Still waiting for more updated information from the operator.

You definitely do not need to be concerned about the deposit not having applied as it is a case of each tour operator noting information differently in their internal systems. Beware that even when Tour Radar “confirm” your booking - your trip can still be cancelled. Apparently taking your money does not mean that you have entered into a contract!

We have investigated your booking, and could see that the operator indeed had to withdraw the departure you were booked on. Many operators need a minimum amount of travellers booked on a specific date in order to run the tour. When this number is not reached, they unfortunately sometimes have to withdraw departures. Withdrawing a departure is never an easy decision for operators, but when they are forced to do so, they always make sure to do it in advance to give the travellers enough time to find an alternative option. We checked which tour we wanted and booked on-line. Our only query so far, we did with a phone call which promptly answered our question

The program is simple to use. My only problem was that I ended up with two responses from the same company and it was hard to delete the duplicate - I almost mistakenly deleted the one I was purchasing.

I was attended to by a courteous young man in Austria who spoke beautiful English (so easy to converse with) and who was competent and helpful. Booking through TourRadar was not only efficient and easy, it was a pleasant experience too.

Easy to see what the tour included and the booking was very easy and suggested the option of regular payments rather than paying in full or at a later date.

The tour booking itself went fine, and I received confirmation of the booking within a few hours. However two days after the confirmation, and after i already had paid a deposit, I was surprised to receive a further email asking me if I still wanted to book this tour.
