First agent Kim was very terse and unhelpful . Wanted cruise company and tour name. I told her It wasa six day river cruise out of Lyon on Oct 30. She refused to help quite rudely and hung up. Next agent JON was total opposite . Pleasant and helpful all the waY until got it handled Note all other staff have always been great.

We have had a look at your booking and can see that you were provided with the name of the starting hotel where all passengers will need to go to be picked up for the tour. Whilst this location is subject to change, you will be advised of the official starting hotel in your final documents, which will get sent to you approximately 3 weeks before departure. I was having trouble my end of the attempts to schedule. Got it scheduled and then wrong date was sent. I don't know whose fault it was but easily corrected. Thank you all for offering such a great tour.

everything was excellent so far except one thing that is the reason than I checked good instead very good. I mentioned this point in my account. I found a tour with a certain and the only available date on the website and select it. surprisingly after putting the travellers' information on the form and making the payment, I found the tour was booked for another date which was not available before at all. It was very disappointing since it could change all other parts of the itineraries. Honestly, this is not acceptable. Fortunately, your agent and tour operator could switch the date. The bright side was the quick response on your website. It was amazing

As this is my first time to know about your group tour from website, and I may not be able to attend, as the company booked me on the wrong day which I could not make it to Vancouver from Calgary. It is really difficult to comment on your program without experience of joining. I don't know if you can add one more person for me to go for the tour from 25th to 28th (I was told that group is full, but can't you add one more person?) That would give me more time to make arrangement to go to Vancouver

We hope that you are able to partner with the airline company and get this sorted so that you can join the tour. We can see that the tour operator has been in touch with you directly and it would seem that changing to the departure date to June 25th is not possible as the departure date is fully booked. We have no control over making spaces available as this is only something that can only be done by the tour operator directly. The website was easy to use. Some of the tours were unclear about the style of lodging, which made it difficult to choose. But overall the website was good. And we are looking forward to our tour.

Apart from a slight initial misunderstanding over the dates and cost of our trip, the details of the 2020 Highlights of Britain tour sound very attractive. Furthermore, we have been treated with courtesy and all the arrangements are now in place for an enjoyable holiday.

I would have booked direct with Expat but they were slow to respond. Following my booking I clicked onto your recommended travel insureres who told me I was too old (71) for them to insure! Otherwise all OK

As TourRader company is not well known in Australia, the first thing that concerned me the most "is this a scam company". I only booked through the company was only after doing some research and a phone call. In the past I only booked through Tripadvisor. So far the book was smooth and effortless. Thank you.

The booking process was very smooth and easy. The only thing I wish that TourRadar offer more is the detailed information about each tour instead direct me to the vendor company as soon as I ask any specific feature of the tour.

I enjoy the fact its been fed with a lot of other companies/sites. Some more sophisticated search (advanced search) should be implemented
