Excellent experience with Tour Radar. Everything on the trip was fine. There was a hiccup in train timings but the tour operator was contacted and they handled it well.

Booking was easy... Accommodating our needs went smoothly... Taking our money a breeze. Since then we have heard very little from the tour company. I emailed them a few months ago as to whether the tour will still happening and am still waiting on a response????? This has me a little concerned about the tour in general... I went to Greece last year, last week of October. The service in general was Ok but not very good. I travel alone, so I paid an extra $600 or so for a single room. The first room that they gave me in Athens was terrible. I was moved from room to room, because my tour schedule was altered and I had to go back and forward to Athens. The fact that I paid an extra meant that I was going to get the same quality of Hotel and room than the ones offered for this package. People from my same tour were in much better hotels and better area. The Athens hotel I got, although in the middle of the city and with a view of the Acropolis, I would not recommend for someone traveling solo. The tour conductors also have some kind of attitude. If I was little late meeting them downstairs because the hotel elevators took a lot of time,they were small, so people were making a line to take the elevator, etc...I guess it was the end of the season and they were tired, but we were still costumers and in my case, paying more than anyone else.

Booking was quick and easy once I had my travel companion's information. The payment process could use some tweaking though. It only allowed payments in $100 increments, meaning that we couldn't evenly split the payment between us. It couldn't be that hard to make it so that a person could type in the amount they wanted to pay rather than having to choose from a drop down menu.

I am unhappy because the insurance I purchased is only good until August 31st. The trip ends on September 7.

We had issues 1st and 2nd place Tourist Guide English was not that good, unable to understand properly. If they put proper English Guide will be more enjoyable for Tourist.
