“TourRadar made online booking a pleasure - I had no problems whatsoever. Website is easy to navigate, responses to any questions I had were within less than 24 hours, team was very friendly, personal but professional. Once I set up my profile, I could easily access my booking, upload / view any files, see all previous correspondence. TourRadar is better than a local travel agency :-)”

“Booking was very easy until it came to the optional items. I found this was tricky because I did not know what all the things meant or if they were truly needed. So I clicked on the chat on the side hoping to have some clarity before I ordered something, but they sent it to the tour company and answered it the day after, when it was already ordered. So if there was more information for clarity on this area, would make it exceptional!”

“I rushed into putting down a deposit on a tour without fully consulting with my companions. When one of them, for reasons unrelated to the Tour, refused to go I needed to cancel the tour. I was very pleasantly surprised that it was cancelled and my deposit returned, without cost to me, in a very pleasant manner. A pleasure doing business with this company. I would not hesitate to use them again.”
