“They offer so many tour options, only thing I didn't like or care for was the waiting period for booking to be approved. They promised 48 hours but it was longer than that, and I never understood what the hold up could be.”

Hi Margaret, Thank you for your feedback. We're very happy a large selection of tours were offered and they catered to your requirements! As guidance, we and the tour operator advise that bookings may take 2-4 business days to confirm. However, unfortunately, tour operators may encounter slightly longer delays in awaiting confirmation of the services provided by their suppliers, such as hotels. They may also require further information from travelers in order to ensure these are correctly confirmed according to travelers' needs.
