Had some e-mail connection problems, Aleksandra persevered and got me my confirmation. did the booking myself, but the web site was easy to navigate.

They answered my emails, when I emailed. And questions they answered them, or if it was something they had to check, they did so and responded to me quickly. Only problem was I had some send an email, saying the email address was different on Paypal ( which it wasn't) and they wanted either of copy of my drivers license or passport when I questioned the email, another person emailed to say forget it, it was from the finance section, and they didn't know it was the same email address, which it was. Anyway it was all sorted out. Thanks.

Hi! It was nice experience to transact my indian tour via tourradar. The boys and girls were really helpful throughout the process. It was a bit problematic only when they had to refer to the operator for info. It then took longer time for them to respond. A suggestion I would like to make is that to have a single agent assigned to any single client instead of several agents answering. A side from this everything seemed to work fine. I hope the tour will also be fine...For several ones to come. Thanks Aref

Staff is courteous and prompt. The bug glitch is the transfer-pick-up from/to airport. My wife and I were given a price, we agreed to it and a few days later we were told that that wasn't the price, that the pricing hasn't been decided yet. My wife was so unhappy about it, she told her two friends who were supposed to go with us to book somewhere else.
