I had the best experience doing a 9 day tour of Morocco. From the initial booking and subsequent emails we sent tour radar prior to the actual trip to the trip itself the service was phenomenal! Our guide Jamal exceeded every expectation and made the tour what it was. He went out of his way to explain things to us and made sure that everyone got what they wanted despite it all being very different things!

Booking was very simple. I had several questions before booking and I received prompt answers to all of my questions. I think it is great that there are various payment options and that the tour company that I chose was so flexible in accommodating the potential needs of the group.

The tour I booked was nearly full so I was told I would have to wait 3-4 days for confirmation, which was fine. However 11 days later I was still waiting! They had been in touch to say they were still waiting for confirmation from the tour operator (Cosmos) but I still had to keep asking. I was getting nervous because I needed to book flights. Confirmation finally came, but it made the booking experience quite tense.

We have had a look at your booking and can see that your departure was 'on request', meaning that your tour operator would have needed some time to confirm all the components of your tour package, including transportation, hotels, and so on. This process usually happens within 3 - 4 business days as the operator needs to call each individual supplier to check availability of services in the destination where the tour is located. Sometimes confirmation can take longer than usual, and when delays occur, our customer service team will endeavour to keep the traveller updated as much as possible. This was an amazing experience. It can be a bit overwhelming If you haven"t traveled much. The bus is very comfortable. We did not have a bad hotel room. Matter of fact our favorite was the rustic chalet in Switzerland. We loved our guide Filip. Filip was a ball of knowledge. He also has a sweet tooth just like me !!!! He made sure everyones questions were answered. His concern for our safety went above and beyond. He's top notch to us. Alex the driver has the hardest job. We felt vey safe with him. His driving skills are incredible. Filip & Alex made got along well and kinda picked on each other and of course we all joined in and it was FUN on the bus.. Also I want to mention the rest stops along the way. UNBELIEVABLE food... And breakfast everyday was an A#. Would do a tour with Expat again although not as long for us.....

I received confirmation on my booking on the Greece tour on 4 Jan, and on 6 Jan they inform me that there is a changes on the tour, they would like to change the itinerary, cancel to trip to Meteora and join regular tour. This is not acceptable. After all the fee that i pay is not for regular tour group, and i have bought air ticket after received the confirmation. Really spoil my holiday mood. Not professional at all

We have had a look at your booking and can see that your tour has been altered slightly as you are the only traveler booked on the tour. We understand your frustration when looking to join a group tour, only to find out that you are the only traveler on tour. However, we are glad that the operator did not have to withdraw the tour and that they are able to arrange a private tour for you! The operator needs a minimum of two travelers on tour to operate the normal itinerary. For this reason, it seems that the itinerary has changed slightly. Hey João, Thank you very much for taking the time to leave a review. We have had a look at your booking and it seems as though your booking was confirmed, certain permits for your tour could not be secured. We understand the frustration as your tour was already confirmed, only to receive news thereafter that a major aspect of the tour could not be supplied. Tours that include the Inca Trail are a bit more complicated because of the strict permits and control set by the Peruvian government. Permits must be purchased for individual travelers and cannot be attained by the operator before a tour booking is made. This means once you book the tour, the operator must apply for the Inca Trail permits. In this case, the maximum 500 permits per day had already been secured for your specific departure date. We can see that the tour operator has offered you two alternative routes to Machu Picchu, alternative dates or, a refund in full. We just booked our third tour with TourRadar. Our experiences have been wonderful. TourRadar contracts with wonderful tour companies in each country. Everything was top knotch and so much easier than trying to plan our own trip! Looking forward to our next trip!

We are a retired couple who enjoy travel, especially river cruises. A few weeks ago I was looking at some TourRadar adverts that had arrived when we saw an advert for the Amazonian adventure. Once we had contacted TourRadar every thing started to move with ever increasing speed. I have never dealt with a travel agency before that never left one feeling forgotten.If the trip is as good as the girls in the back office we should have a great holiday.

After scrolling on-line through a lot of travelling tips and information, I found TourRadar very simple and helpful in our decisions with regard to costs and travelling to Ireland and what we hoped to see while there. They were very prompt in their response to our inquiry and booking process.

The good. The tour search engine is fantastic. There appears to be a small discount by booking via Tour Radar opposed to booking directly from the operator. According to Terms and Conditions, and assuming I read it correctly, your money are not paid to the tour provider until you are physically on the tour. Extra protection never hurts. It is likely that companies that advertise on Tour Radar are vetted to be somewhat reliable and offering basic quality at least. The payment system is flexible and done in local currency. Partial refunds. Full amount is taken closer to the tour date. The bad. Unable to find cheap 1- and 2-day tours from a listed operator. Has to go to the provider website directly. If booking multiple tours re-typing passport details, insurance details, emergency contact details, etc. for each booking is not fun.
