WHEN I BOOKED THE AMOUNT WAS BLOCKED IMMEDIATLY ON MY CREDIT CARD BUT IT TOOK 7 !! DAYS UNTIL I FINALLY GOT THE CONFIRMATION. THE NEXT TIME I WILL BOOK MYSELF - THE HOTELS WERE BOOKABLE ON BOOKING.COM

This is my third booking trip with tourradar. Whole booking process I was very easy and customer service team is always there to answer any questions 24/7. My first encounter was with Elle, who was very cordial and patient with me throughout the booking process. She was a delight to work with. After that, I was told to wait 3-4 days to get confirmation on the reservation. In actuality, it was 7 days and required me to contact TourRadar to find out that I had been confirmed. Was not pleased. I had been waiting for confirmation in order to book flights and did not appreciate any delay in response. Otherwise, my experience was okay.

We always advise passengers that it can sometimes take longer than this to receive confirmation and will always be sure to follow up accordingly when we experience longer-than-usual confirmation times. It is important for passengers to note that the days outlined are 'business' days - most operators and their operations teams (who are in charge of tour confirmations) are closed through the weekend. Based on the notes on your file, we can see that our agents checked the status of your request every day until the weekend. Then, on the 4th business day, on Monday, we received confirmation from your operator and sent you a confirmation email. We hope that this response provides clarity surrounding 'on request' tours and useful information for how operators' business hours affect how quickly they are able to secure your space. I have dealt with different agents: they are ALL very professional, courteous and desirous to help. The response is quick and frankly so far I have never had a negative feeling about my experience with any of them! On the contrary, I am pleased because I always feel that I got an answer to my questions to a very satisfactory level.

A lot of missing information on website, such as what time to arrive, depart, where to meet, airport transfers. How can you book flights and know what you are doing and spending without this information ?

Easy to decide which tour fits the budget, schedule and desired experience by seeing multiple tour operators at one site. Making the reservation was simple and the confirmation responses were very quick. Great way to travel without using a travel agent.

I cannot say enough good words about this company. Unfortunately I had to cancel a booking recently, due to work commitments, and the staff were very helpful with the process and the refund was processed in good time. I have just rebooked again and they were equally helpful!!!! I love the voice recording when you phone them! "we're excited to make your next getaway unforgettable" So excited for my trip!!!

Poor customer service with Tourradar using the standard "our system will not allow us to do this" applying travel credits traveller has accumulated. I would give this company 0 stars if I could with their lack of help in booking a trip online that stated there is availability but the trip was fully booked. No help either via online chat or via telephone.

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of your booking experience. We provide 24/7 customer support to all our travellers so we regret to hear that you have not received the support you needed when placing your booking. As per our correspondence, it seems like you have been in contact with several agents about honouring a price drop for an existing tour and applying your travel credits to an existing booking. While we understand this is likely a disappointing situation for you, waiting for a price drop also has you running the risk of missing out on your place on your preferred departure date due to availability. It's not dissimilar to the airline industry, where it is also common to see a price drop after you have booked your flight. For this reason, we are unfortunately unable to retroactively apply a sale deal to a tour that has already been booked and confirmed. While travel credits are earned on each booking placed on TourRadar, they can only be applied to future bookings and not the same booking, from which those travel credits were earned. For this reason, we were unable to apply the current travel credits you have on your account. We hope this clarifies your situation. My experience with TourRadar was one of extreme ease and support. My only difficulty has been the necessity of completing a health and fitness check due to my advanced years. This is the requirement of the tour operator, not TourRadar. All other aspects of the tour booking have been very pleasant, including the phone calls I made for some clarification.

The booking process was extremely easy with speedy responses!! Putu Bali Driver was extremely helpful and everyone on the TourRadar “ask and question” section was so helpful.. I look forward to the tour and hope it will be just as smooth as the booking process
