Booking with TourRadar was so easy! I could clearly see all of the cruise prices and could compare all do the weeks we were considering. More importantly, booking with TourRadar saved us $598 per person!

Tourradar handled our booking with total professionalism and understanding. We were friends booking separately but wanting to make sure we traveled together. Torradar has been up to the challenge and responded quickly and politely to all our requests and needs.

Booking a trip with TourRadar was very easy. There was a description of the tour in detail. We’ll see if the tour will be as described or not. We’ll definitely write a review about it.

I expected that the price you showed in your former brochure 15 days ago, was going to be the same for the same Tour, the Classic Italy for the same date. Now, you are not including some dinners as well as the Insurance, which disappoints me. I have chosen you because of our past experience in 1912 with EUROPAMUNDO Berlin/Viena 8 days Tour, which was really good.

To clarify, each tour operator directly sets the pricing you see on our website. Pricing is subject to change depending on availability, departure dates, season and sale periods, and will explain the change in price over a 15 day period. Please also be advised that the tours we sell will not include International Airfare, Insurance or Visas. While they are under the responsibility of each traveller, our 24/7 Customer Support team are always on hand to provide assistance and recommend any resources required! Tourradar indicated on the website that there were enough spaces available for my tour which would start 4 days after I booked. Then you send me a message that it may take up to four days to confirm my spot for this tour, which started in four days! The message further asked for my approval of this without giving me any other option (like cancellation/refund). So then why ask me? And how can it take 4! days to confirm something like that? I contacted another place for exactly the same tour and they came back to me within 2 hours. The answers from your employees were not really helpful either. I don't think I'll use tourradar again.

Hi Adrian, Thanks for your review. We regret to hear about your booking experience and hope that you still had a wonderful time on tour despite this. When a booking request is received, tour operators must liaise with their local operations team to confirm that all components and services of the tour can be confirmed for the traveller. As these tour arrangements are reserved around 60 days before departure, any booking requests for departures less than 30 days are usually put “On Request” by the tour operator. To clarify, the availability listed for tours set to depart in under 30 days reflects how many spaces on the tour are still available and not those that can be instantly confirmed. As tour services are mainly finalized within 30 days before departure, any booking requests received at this time do require an additional 3-4 business days before confirmation can be received. For these reasons, it’s not recommended to book a tour last-minute. That being said, we are pleased to see that your booking was confirmed timely. Plenty to choose from! All questions were answered promptly and professionally. On top, I could customize my trip, by adding extra stays and extra tours. The have solutions for every request. Great experience!

Coupon code not recognised by the booking program. Previous booking with Tour Radar did not register for discount. Prices of tours increase within a short time frame.

We have had a look at your booking and can see that your travel credits have not been added to your booking. This is an easy fix and we will be sure to deduct your earned travel credits from your final balance. There are quite a few websites claiming to offer coupon codes, however, these will not be valid TourRadar Promo codes. All valid TourRadar promo codes will come directly from TourRadar and can then be added to your booking. Please note that only one TourRadar savings can be added to a booking. This means that you can choose between TourRadar savings or travel credits. As a booking platform, TourRadar does not have control of specific tour pricing. Tour pricing is at the hands of each individual tour operator. Similar to Airline Tickets, tour pairing can change at any time. To lock in your space as well as the price for a tour, be sure to book the tour or reserve your space 48 hours when available. Isaac the leader for the SE Asia tour was simply exceptional. Keep this man on your payroll! He consistently went far beyond his job description going to extraordinary levels to assist and please. You'll see some great places and eat great food. There will be some longish travel days and accommodations will be 2/2+ star by Western standards. This is a trip for travellers not tourists. Also the costs in the countries are insanely inexpensive. Enjoy.

It was easy to compare and contrast the various tours, enabling me to book small-group tours to two different areas without conflicting schedules. TourRadar was prompt in answering questions and has kept me fully informed by email.
