Easy to follow booking instructions on your website. Now hoping that our guided tour wilĺ be as good and adventures as advertised and as mentioned and more so that we can recommend to our friends. Already I have convinced one friend to come with us on this tour.

Overall, good layout to narrowing down cruise choices. However, there were two glitches: 1. The end date of the cruise we chose was stated wrong on your site. The operator's site had the correct date. It's real important to get start/end dates right! 2. For American citizens anyway, the bed choice options are confusing. There should be more buttons: eg. 1. 1 single bed (1 twin bed) [good for 1 person] 2. 2 twin beds [good for 2 people sleeping in separate beds] 3. 1 double bed or larger [ good for 2 people sleeping in the same bed]

We found a tour which was priced below competitors. My questions were answered promptly. Very easy to navigate the website and complete a booking. The reason I am giving a 4 rating instead of 5 is the price rose very quickly. We booked only a couple of days after I first saw the tour, and by that time the price had risen $50 per person. The tour is still future so I will follow this with a review following the tour.

Regarding tour pricing, the rates reflected on the TourRadar booking platform is monitored and updated by the tour operators every 24 hours. Some tour operators offer lower pricing based on how many people you are travelling with. After reviewing your booking we can see that your initial request came through for 1 person which resulted in the higher tour price, as the tour operator does not have a room share option. The pricing showing on tours is quite misleading but the customer service agents are brilliant, great to talk to and convenient messaging with pretty quick responses. I'm glad they were able to do a deal for me.
