“It was so easy to book and the payment options worked well because we are two students traveling on a budget, However, there were incorrect dates offered to us and after paying for our down payment and booking flights based on our tour dates we were told it was offered by accident and we could change to another tour. We are now dealing with the repercussions of having to change flights and dates of accommodation that were based around the tour. Other than that it was a simple process and all the information given was relevant and helpful.”

“So far I have only made my booking to travel next year. The process to date was easy. They are Australian based for booking and they have payment options that suited me! I can’t wait to go on my adventure in 2020”

“I twas a good experience. It would have become better if there was a clarity in what will we doing on day 1 and day 8?. Are hotels included on day 1 and day 7? I have made the booking and still not clear.”

We have had a look at your booking and can see that the tour page indicates that there are 7 nights of accommodation included, and the itinerary on the tour page states that the last day is a free day. This means accommodation is included every night except for the 7th night and you are free to depart at any time. “I was extremely happy with the service I received booking this tour. I had limited WiFi and had to call in to book. After my booking was confirmed everything happened very professionally. Timely responses to my emails. Pickup from the train station and hotel were prompt. This is my second time booking with Touradar.”
