My final inquiry to book my tour was fabulous. My first phone call only an earlier wasn’t the best almost $600 different.

I received the detailed itinerary and after reading that realized I couldn't do the tour because of physical limitations.....I can not sleep on the floor and I can not walk up a lengthy path and steps to the monastery, I wrote immediately (like within the hour after reading the details) telling you I could not do this tour and would like help booking another that will work. It is disappointing to have been ignored and now several days later I still have heard from no one. My agent was Victoria. Thank you....karen wilson booking #427106

The website is adequate. Easy to book a tour and give quick responses to my questions and concerns about the tour, about tour confirmation, receipts and important information about the tour. I did not have to call the customer service agent of Tour Radar. So far, I haven't encountered any problem in booking the tour.

It was very good, but many times it is missing information from the tour companies, even so the tour radar agents, solve all the doubts or questions I had. It was difficult to choose due to the incredible amount of offers. It is important to read the small print an the optionals to get an accurate price. Over all it is a good website with tours for all budgets.

Website was very user friendly. Confirmation of our booking was promptly received, the secure payment process was easy to use. Follow up from tour operator was very prompt and offer of other services was well considered.

I'm extremely pleased with the excellent service provided by the staff at TourRadar during the booking process. They have been warm, welcoming and supportive with prompt responses to any queries and very reassuring of any anxieties also. They have provided lots of advice and support in relation to obtaining a visa and made everything seem very efficient and quite simple! Very professional with a personal touch. I would definitely recommend booking with TourRadar and would use their services again in the future. Thank you.

I accidentally booked the incorrect date and realised minutes later. I sent an email and the correct date was amended . Thank you for that. Only problem is way too many emails , once a week would be interesting more than that too ,u h

When I first asked about room availability, I was told that single occupancy was possible. Then when I made a booking, was told that there was no guarantee and I either had to cancel the booking or wait for 4 days to see if a single occupancy room could be arranged. But if I waited, if single rooms were unavailable I would not be able to cancel the booking and there was a possibility of not having a room for 1 person. When I said I could wait a few days to see if a room could be arranged and re book, they refused to do it. I’m not booking a holiday where there is no guarantee of appropriate rooms. I travel alone and do not think it’s acceptable to share rooms with people I don’t know. I cancelled my booking, but the money has not been returned yet. Very disappointed.

Hello Anna, Thank you for your feedback. We understand it’s disappointing when the trip you want to book turns out to be unavailable. Looking through our online chat correspondence, we can see that our Travel Expert had explained that there was an additional charge for single occupancy accommodation and that it was subject to availability. Unfortunately for the specific tour you booked, there was not an option to select single occupancy on the booking page, rather it needed to be added manually after booking confirmation. The operator of your tour was able to confirm your place in the tour group, but needed additional time (2-4 days) to ensure that a single room would be available for the entire duration of your tour. This is what’s known in the touring industry as “On Request”. We understand, especially when planning travel last minute that a situation like this is both frustrating and stressful and respect your decision to not proceed with the On Request process (to assess if your single accommodation could be confirmed). As such, we have offered for you to cancel your place on the tour, free of charge. Your cancellation is being processed as a matter of urgency, along with your full refund.
