Good selection of trips. Selected a trip that met our needs and shows that there are 10 spaces left. Got an email the following day that website was erroneous and that there was only 1 space left and not 10 as advertised on the site..Very disappointed as the schedule and itinerary fit our vacation plans.

The tour organizer was very slow at confirming my booking (and I couldn’t buy flights before the tour was confirmed) which put me in a bad spot, but Tour Radar went above and beyond in speeding the confirmation (including several messages and telephone calls to the tour organizer). I’m impressed with Tour Radar. Very friendly and approachable staff. I feel I’m in very good hands. Highly recommend to book tours with them to avoid unpleasant surprises in booking tours directly from tour organizers.

I was very impressed with the variety of tours available, personalised advice when asking about a particular tour and was even able to pay less than had I booked directly with the tour operator. Happy chappy.

in general the website offers easy infos about the different trips. Also the multiple choices for dates, regions and so on are helpful. the description of the trips can, however, be shortened. Why a new page for every day?

Tour Radar's responses to questions were almost immediate. Although there was a change required to my tour planned date, this was highlighted and upon my re-confirmation, tour was then re-confirmed promptly.

While I love the savings offered by TourRadar it still isn't as good as it should be for searching for tours. The drop down menu for Destinations gives you different areas and under that it has "see all". When I choose "see all" however I don't see all I see some, maybe even most but not all countries that TourRadar has tours available for. In the Asia option Uzbekistan isn't listed. When you do a search using the search bar for Uzbekistan the results I get is 51 holiday packages. All should mean all. However worse than that is those 51 holiday packages do not include the tour that I just booked which does go to Uzbekistan. It was my first choice of destination. When I didn't find what I wanted I moved on to the Caucasus region. It was only while searching for those that I looked into one of the trips and subsequently the tour operator and discovered that they also do trips to Uzbekistan. It was this trip that I just booked. Perhaps the issue is in categorization. I expect when I search a country to get all results of any tour that goes in that county, however it seems that the search results only provides tours that only go to that country and excludes multi-country tours.

absolutely horrible and disgusting! every single step was a problem. Tones of errors were made in the booking, quality of service is very poor. All staff are incompetant except the agent i dealt with last year natalia S. if price was the same would be best to book elsewhere its a shame because i referred many clients

I made 3 phone calls plus one message to ask from you for some information regarding Korea tour, didn't get any respond to my email or to my mobile. I was waiting for few days and nearly to give up. Eventually all the information I have to phone to USA Hana Tour ITC and Korea then got it. the only reason I still book with Tourradar is I can have some $ discount! I am not happy your information collecting is so slow and and not efficient.
