“I left review on FB but it's not showing,it was honest but bad one. Booking was easy ,very attentive staff until I paid .After that I had to wait several days for respond. My booking was done incorrectly ,some part were just missing I was already away tried to contact company to get some help I only get message:You are already on a tour,we can not help you. Very upsetting and scary beeing thousand miles away from home. Intrepid ,the travel agent from Australia,which Tourradar represents and the one I was traveling with ,replied with help and advise. Intrepid is amazing ,they tours are very good ,probably next time I will book holidays directly with them . Dana.”

“Booking on TourRadar was one of the easiest place to book for tours. They are very responsive and if they do not know the answer, they refer you to the tour operator. Everything went really smoothly for me from booking to the actual tour. Would 100% recommend and would definitely use Tourradar again as they have so much tours and tours operators at competitive prices.”

“I found Tourradar to offer great services in a very professional manner. The website is easy to navigate, you can chat at any time with a representative. The people I chatted with were courteous, knowledgeable and servicial. There is an impressive variety of tours that are offered for all circumstances and needs . “One day after booking a tour. The price dropped by $800 ($400 per person). Called (nice person on phone but) was told the TourRadar ‘price guarantee’ did not apply for existing bookings. First time using TourRadar. Lesson is to watch and wait for best deal. Dont book early as suggested.”

With that said, please bear in mind that waiting for a price drop also has you running the risk of missing out your spot on your preferred departure date due to availability. Similar to the airline industry, it is not uncommon to see a price drop after you have booked your flight. As advised, our best price guarantee mainly applies to travellers prior to booking and does not include price drops on an existing and confirmed booking. “I was originally looking for a tour to Nairobi, and I checked many sites. Then, I stumbled upon the Tour Rader site and I have been pleased. They are quite responsive and I had several questions. As a result of their responsiveness, I decided to combine my trip and add Egypt as well. I have already started to look for next year's trip, and I will be using this site.”
