Had I known I would have dealt directly with ExPat. There were too many communications between TourRadar and Expat, most were duplications. I walk with a cane and the Tour Leader did not take this into consideration. Fortunately my daughter travelled with me and we were able to "catch up" on the long walks. One night we had to board a very crowded train to get to our hotel. This should not have happened and surely there could have been a better way for transportation. The meal at the restaurant in Latin Quarter was not good. I was surprised with the meal or this was the way of French cooking? The meals at the other hotels were okay. On the whole the tour was very interesting and we saw some beautiful countries and their culture.

The selection of tours was great and the support team was incredibly responsive and helpful! My only suggestion would be to make it easier, visually, to plan a trip that involves booking multiple tours so that travelers can more easily book back-to-back trips on a calendar to ensure they aren’t overlapping dates. Other than that, I would definitely book through TourRadar again (especially now that they’ve granted me travel credits, just from my making first bookings!)

After offering a significantly lower price than the tour operator, I was initially hesitant to book for fear of illegitimate tickets, but the tour operator confirmed as an official reseller and could not match TourRadars price. I booked 5 days before the tour departed, not realising it was 4 day confirmation, and they went above and beyond with booking and communication through the night to confirm within 36 hours. Fantastic service.

It was great to be able to see all the various tours, and pick the right one. And to get a discount as well! On the downside, I sent a question to ask about visas, about whether I should be addressing my question to Tourradar or the tour agency, but got no response.

I booked it fine.. I just don't think I've had any confirmation that the tours actually going ahead of details about meeting points ect.
