Straightforward booking and payment process, although it should be made clear rather than buried in the fine print, that we are required to stay in one of two expensive hotels on the eve of departure from Greenwich, London.

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! We have had a look at your booking and it looks like as though are referring to the starting location for your tour. For your tour specifically, there are not one, but two different pick-up locations which also happen to also be hotels. We would like to clarify that whilst pick up locations for tours tend to be at hotels, travellers are not required to stay in the hotels a tour starts from. Travellers are free to stay in any hotel their hotel of choice and make their way to the starting hotel in time for pick up. I had some problems booking a trip solo, looking for a roomshare, got connected with the tour operator via TR online chat quickly and easily. Everything resolved and I'm super excited to go on the 4 day dive certification with liveabord on a boat on the great barrier reef. Tour operator is helping me with a room share, and I got to use a discount code on tour radar and after booking my second trip, (6 day Iceland Ring Road, also fantastic) I have about $70 in credit towards my next trip! Nothing but good experience for me booking via this site.

Reservation pretty self explanatory except for the lodging piece. I have emailed separately to try to ensure that the four of us have correct sleep arrangements. I was also not able to determine what time we started the tour of ended. That is important for flight planning. I have also emailed for that info.

I've now booked four different tours in Asia and Africa with TourRadar for me and my family. I planned my trip super short notice, less than 2 weeks in advance and the Tourradar team was helpful. I was unable to get a spot on my first picked tour, but the team was able to find me a similar tour and book me in. Next time I won't book so short notice and I think it will be a less stressful experience!

I've recently booked my second trip with TourRadar and i couldn't be happier! They replied all my questions within few hours, their staff is incredibly helpful. TourRadar had the lowest price i could find for the same tour, and you also get travel credits for your next trip. I will definitely book my next tour with TourRadar!!
