I put the trip on a 48 hour hold while we were deciding if this was what we wanted. When the hold was within a few hours of expiring, TourRadar sent me a reminder. We decided to book and put in our credit card. It took several hours to confirm our booking, which was fine. We are pleased.

TourRadar itself is a great company and one of the best tour resellers on the planet. The issue is that they are not responsible for the tours they book in that, as soon as you purchase, the Terms & Conditions become solely those of the other tour company. I booked a G Adventures trip via TourRadar which, due to COVID-19, was cancelled by G Adventures. G Adventures has outright refused to refund my $6500 and offered only a future credit (110%) instead, with no empathy for their disgruntled customers. The future credit may be a good option for some people, but the specific trip I wanted will no longer be run by G Adventures in the future. TourRadar has excellent and responsive customer service, but they state that they cannot do anything to override the (non)refund policy of G Adventures. So I initiated a chargeback on my credit card, at which point TourRadar's Fraud Department wrote me a threatening email that I was in breach of contract (ironic, I know) and, were I to lose the chargeback, they would keep $1500 of my money forever. My case got escalated to a Customer Relations Supervisor after I wrote a scathing review on TrustPilot, who took pity on me and rescinded that chargeback threat, which I greatly appreciated. I get that people are hurting everywhere, including the travel companies, and that TourRadar's hands are tied by the refund policies of their tour operators, yet there remains something fundamentally immoral to me about not giving back a customer's money for a trip that they can no longer provide.

My trip of a lifetime to Peru was cancelled by tour Radar due to COVID-19 and I was not given a refund. Malaysian airlines have refunded, hotels and trains have refunded but not TourRadar. I am 68 years old and I do not know if I will be healthy enough to climb Michu pichu in the future. I would appreciate if you would refund my full payment as per the ACCC conditions.

I had a wonderful experience booking a 2-day one night tour with saharansky from Douz to the dunes of Douz and back. Mia, the manager, was extremely helpful and responsive in the booking process, she offered me a ride from their office back to our hotel and we shared a lovely chat over traditional Tunisian mint tea. i highly recommend this trek.

tour canceled without refund, they want to give me a useless credit, I need money immediately, I have to pay for the return flights !!! I don't want future credit, I don't have time and I don't want to have anything to do with these scammers anymore !!!!! DO NOT BOOK WITH them!!!

TourRadar understands that Covid-19 has disturbed many travelers' plans and made it virtually impossible for many to continue with their tours and plans. The ongoing situation has also impacted tour operators heavily and has led to a substantial number of suspended tours. Our travel industry partners have been working with all those travelers affected to find a positive outcome. We can see that the tour operator has offered reimbursement in the form of a future travel credit. We understand that you found this to be an unsatisfactory result and preferred a different solution to the matter. After having been in touch directly with the operator, unfortunately, no other option was found to be available. As a booking agent, TourRadar is bound by the terms and conditions set out by the tour operators, including tour suspensions. Although we tried our best to assist you, we are unfortunately not able to change the operator's decisions. I booked our experience and got confirmation a day and a half later. I was getting a little worried that we were going to miss this deal. I emailed and the company twice to see what was going and they promptly got back to me to patient. It was all good and we look forward to planning the rest of our trip.

Intuitive web interface to sort thousands of tours with variety of filters. Very competitive pricing as well. If you decide, all the research and booking can be done without talking to anybody. Staff is very friendly and bend on their back to help you, not only during the booing but during the travel as well. I have test this at least twice. I continue to come to Tourradar for all of our travel needs and don't see any reason not to ... I also send my friends and family to TourRadar.

It took awhile to get a confirmation and I didn't know about a single supplement right away but before my card was charged. I have used the company before. It is reliable and has had good communication with me. It is worth booking with TourRadar rather than the company that runs the tour because of better communication.
