“Booking was easy and quick. The only concern was the advertised per person was not based on twin share as is most common. There was an additional charge for this late in the booking process. Price was still competitive but should be clearly stated when the tour is advertised. Could be seen as misleading. The saga continues....now a 2 day Kakheti tour leaves on May 5 and returns on May 7, that is 3 days and when you click to view the itinerary,to see where you go on the 2nd night and 3rd day, it shows you an 8 day tour to another region. If they can’t get their promotional material right, what happens on tour?”

We can see with the tour you booked the base price was taken from a quad share room, with the prices for a triple, twin, or single room available on the booking page, before committing to booking the tour. “Tour Radar is an excellent travel service that caters for the needs of both seasoned and in- experienced travelers. Their website is very easy to use and has a wide range of tours from which to choose that once in a lifetime trip. The Customer Support Team is very helpful both through Live Chat and vis telephone. “TourRadar is convenient to see different tours in one place, similar like Viator or Trip Advisor. But the Tour prices are cheaper on the Tour company’s site directly. So its just better to buy directly from the Tour Company. Dont see why purchase from Tour Radar for additional charge. Tour radar won’t match the price. Its great to review different tours, but go to the tour company site directly to make the booking. Cheaper and convenient to work with tour company in the future”

“The only part I was surprised by was not getting immediate confirmation. Stating this when booking would be helpful. I also would have liked the option to pay in full from the first page. This wasn’t a big deal to do two payments, but it is a preference. Very responsive to messages!”

“When I was looking and price comparing tours and services I found that tourradar offered the the full package with real pricing. I had noticed with competitors that there we several "optional" tours. These same tours are in tourradar package. I was being very particular to services before and after, meal plans, shuttle services, covid information. This site provided details that I wanted to double check how they work. They are no issues with emailing and asking things over and over as I did. THIS IS YOUR ONCE IN A LIFETIME EXCEPTIONAL TOUR PACKAGES.”

“Adding to the pervious review. There is a built in user confusion whjen booking and attempting to book everything at once. One books the basic trip then attends to the extras post booking. With this understood the customer response from Vacations to Go has been excellent.”

“There were several people I spoke with for a few days prior to my decision to go with Tourradar. They were all very helpful and patient... I had many questions and I had been trying to decide for months, so I was happy that they took time to answer my questions. I was confused about a billing issue, and the nice man tried so hard to explain it, but I just didn't get it. When I got off the phone I cleared my head and finally understood what he was trying to say! Poor guy! Anyway, I got on my computer after that and ordered the tour! Very easy once I got past that one issue. Very simple, the website explains everything. Lots of good info on there to read before you commit. I love their choices of payment too. Thanks to all who put up with me. I am SO excited! Finally got what I had hoped for!”

“booking was relatively easy but would have liked more information as to whether the tour was a guaranteed departure, I emailed and though my email was acknowledged immediately I had my answer about 2 days later. Their review process does not offer an accurate gauge for response times, it goes from 6-12 hours to over a week. I think that they could look into offering more comprehensive visa advice once the booking has been confirmed and deposited, but I understand that visa conditions change like the wind and it can be tricky. Overall, it has been a quite simple process and one I would repeat.”
