Pretty easy to use. Lots of trip options. I like that it includes smaller and local operators. i have found any communication with them very friendly and professional and quick to respond. Great customer service

Packaged planned ideas of places i wouldn't have otherwise know about. I didnt see that i needed to arrange pickup and drop off from the airport until further review. That is normally included:( I dont have the details where im staying or what im traveling in yet so its all to be determined. Hope it all goes smoothly

We booked our trip and persuaded our friends to book the same trip. We later found out we could get credit for referring a friend but not until they booked it. How do we get credit for their booking.

It is easy to book, and I like that you can hold bookings. Annoying that readily give discount codes and benefits, but only after booked, despite having had an account for 3 yeara

Still need several answers for tour in Iceland with granddaughter in August. I prefer live contact when booking travel.

Found the tour on your webpage, but when I needed to find it again a few weeks later it was difficult to find it again. Your seachmachine is not specific enough. You get many possibilities and can't select on the few you want. But I found it at last.

Pros: Easy to navigate, best price selections, ability to download and upload documents, questions tour operator directly. Cons: Unable to see my itinerary by login to tour radar website directly. I can only see my itinerary by clicking link in my email.
