“I chose Tourradar tours to book my Egypt Nile Cruise because they were responsive to all my questions from the first time I contacted them until I finally booked my cruise. I read many of the blogs posted by other people and read nothing but positive posts. I spent many days reviewing all the different tours available and really like the options that were available. Finally I found the tour that fitted my time schedule and had all the sites I always dreamed of some day visiting. My tour is booked for January 2022! I cannot wait to experience it! Tourradar has been in contact with me every day I was deciding on what cruise to book and after I booked the cruise. Good customer service is hard to find these days and I must say I have been impressed with Tourradar's service. Strongly recommend!”

“I spoke to 3 people over a few days and all were helpful and knowledgeable about helping me to decide on the tour I was interested in which I booked with the 3rd person. It was the first time I used Tourradar but I would consider using them again.”

“Very easy to navigate the whole website. When I did have a few questions regarding age of travelers & travel insurance, I chatted by text with Liz who was so helpful & answered my questions. Thank you, Liz. In 2019 we booked a trip to Turkey and had similar satisfactory booking experience .”

“I contacted " Joe " in Vienna who booked the tour " 10 day Ancient Egypt tour. He promised that he would email me information on travel insurance and the cancellation policy in 10 minutes. I am still waiting 24 hours later. Alan Stewart Joe followed thru today. I am very pleased.”

“There is a bewildering amount of information to get onto that website, and because I booked two trips, it was rather confusing to make sure I gave all the correct information to both. Your agents, however, were very responsive and I think I got everything completed the way it needed to be.”

“My booking representative was very helpful in making sure all my requests were promptly filled. However, due to time differences (6 hours) between Denver and Iceland negotiations took longer than expected. I would have found it more helpful to speak via telephone to get the answers to my questions. The direct contact phone numbers were not immediately visible on the initial pages I found for iceland.”

“The Booking Experience was easy and the deposit for the trip minimal, which was great for a trip planned more than a year in advance. I was a little disappointed that I couldn't get a timely quote for just two people, instead of the original quote for 4. As it turned out all 4 decided to go, so it was simply a matter of making the deposit. Apparently, this tour is operated by another group and so the Tour Radar agent couldn't do the quote.”
