It was really easy to book. I had a few questions that I needed answered before I could commit and I had help from the support team who helped me efficiently. I would definitely book through tour radar again in the future.

I had to change the tour since the tour I wanted did not take single traveler. Fortunately, the agency gave me an alternative and I chose the one. It may be easier for me to chose the right one if the websites inform me this information in advance.

Some operators indeed need a minimum number of people to run a tour, for organisational purposes. This company runs tours for a minimum of two travellers. So while they are happy to welcome single passengers when other people are already booked on the same departure, they are unfortunately unable to organize a tour for one person only. Straightforward booking and payment process, although it should be made clear rather than buried in the fine print, that we are required to stay in one of two expensive hotels on the eve of departure from Greenwich, London.

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! We have had a look at your booking and it looks like as though are referring to the starting location for your tour. For your tour specifically, there are not one, but two different pick-up locations which also happen to also be hotels. We would like to clarify that whilst pick up locations for tours tend to be at hotels, travellers are not required to stay in the hotels a tour starts from. Travellers are free to stay in any hotel their hotel of choice and make their way to the starting hotel in time for pick up. Reservation pretty self explanatory except for the lodging piece. I have emailed separately to try to ensure that the four of us have correct sleep arrangements. I was also not able to determine what time we started the tour of ended. That is important for flight planning. I have also emailed for that info.

I planned my trip super short notice, less than 2 weeks in advance and the Tourradar team was helpful. I was unable to get a spot on my first picked tour, but the team was able to find me a similar tour and book me in. Next time I won't book so short notice and I think it will be a less stressful experience!

Quite easy to book and have an option to pay in instalments which is handy. Only question remains is whether the companies I’ve booked with are reputable and I get travel docs

My booking experience was good. TourRadar was quick to respond to all my questions and if the didn't know the passed on my message to the tour company. However I got a little bit overwhelmed with the amount of tours on offer and at times became lost in it all with what your offered what. All in all plesent experience so far.

Booking was OK except when it got to the sections where I had to put my daughter's info in which kept changing my responses which I found maddening. It kept saying put in the correct format and then changing the answers! Maybe it was just a glitch.
