“I had a very positive experience recently booking a trip with TourRadar. The consultants couldn't be more friendly and helpful, the price was competitive, lower than any others and there was no surcharge for paying with amex! Would highly recommend this on-line service provider.”

“This is not the first time I book through tourradar. Usually booking is easier. This time I paid the tour fee and filled all the required info with flight details and passport number but the tour operator still did not send me my travel voucher.”

We have had a look at your booking and can see that the operator mentioned that they will send your tour vouchers once they have a copy of your passport. Whilst you did provide the details of your passport, this is not sufficient, as some countries legally require operators to provide an actual passport copy to secure certain services within your tour. “The booking process was very easy and the website simple to navigate through. I received a prompt email letting me know that the booking had been received. Within 48 hours I had confirmation from the tour operator that my booking has been accepted.”

“I found the website easy to use with filters for month of travel, number of days, country and type of holiday. We did go a bit back and forth booking as the first selection was geared for a younger traveler with dorm rooms rather than hotel rooms. This may have been clearer if indicated in the description of the holiday. We then found a second tour with the same features and stops we were looking for and booked that literally the next day. I was happy with the quick communication from the TourRadar staff with our first choice, and they were easy to deal with for making the changes.”

“TourRadar booking is very easy. The website is very clear with a great deal of information about the tour we were choosing. We only had to pay a deposit to confirm the booking. We had a question which was answered immediately. Very efficient.”
