TourRadar was quick in answering all my questions. In addition, they are helping me book some custom add-ons to itinerary. They also give you travel credit for future trips!

Tour Radar booking experience was amazing! As soon as I started focusing in on a tour, Tour Radar was there with a live chat option for my questions. Their website was easy to navigate and to compare my options. The minute I clicked BUY, the tour operated contacted me about documents and other information for the tour. The tour company was able to book pretour and post tour hotel rooms for me. and airport transfers. Although the tour doesn't begin until April, I feel like I'm in good hands and that if the tour is anything like the booking process then I'm looking forward to an amazing experience on the tour. When booking a cruise from the United States, none of my credit cards (Amex, Mastercard or VISA) would work. After calling Amex, I was told to have the cruise operator call them and ask for an authorization code. With less than 20 minutes before the American Express office closed, Tour Radar called, received the authorization code, and I was able to confirm payment for the cruise!

I have been overcharged. The website advertised a price of $1999 for my trip and after I paid my deposit the amount was increased by $330. I have paid a single fee as well so the overall amount escalated to $2819 without warning or explanation. I have emailed TourRadar twice to query the issue with no reply.

On each individual tour page, you will see the “From” price. This price is the lowest available price for the specific tour and may not be for the departure date you are looking for. However, before you click on your departure date, you will see the listed price. Then, once you click on the departure date and enter the booking page, you will see the full price breakdown on the right side of the page. Booking a group tour is very similar to booking airline tickets. The same flight on a different day may be listed at a different price and the same goes for tour departure dates. Departures Dates vary in pricing based on many factors including availability and proximity to departure. As a booking platform, we have no control over the listed tour prices as this is the sole responsibility of the tour operator. However, price transparency is very important to us. For this reason, we make sure to list the tour pricing multiple times before a booking can be made. We thank you for your feedback and hope this explains the “from” pricing a bit better. We are going to be 2 couples doing the 5*Jewel cruise during March 2020. I did the enquiry on behalf of us all and we took quite some time to discuss our options. We dealt with Hany and he was super patient in giving us enough time to make up our minds! Thank you so much for going the extra and I will always recommend TourRadar. I can say that it was soooo easy. Everything was clear and graphically nice. I've got experience of others similar tour operators and their web site aren't so easy to read and to use. So, well done!

Tour Radar makes travelling easy. Once set up and logged in, you can see all the summary and breakdown of all costs. I'm now booked for my second experience with them to South America in January 2021. So this was straight forward to book. While I was deciding which tour to take, Dell from tour radar rang me and came up with five other options of tours. It was extremely helpful. I actually chose one of the tours that she suggested, which fit in better time wise, than the one that I was thinking of. (And I thought I'd seen all options!). I used my travel credits from my Egypt and Jordan tour January 2020 to put towards this new tour. I also now have more credits to put towards my following tour in the future! Its a great way to go! This will be my fourth tour I've taken through tour radar... what I usually do is set a budget, look at what's in my price range, Google all the destination spots that the tour has to offer... See if it's something that interests me. My advice is make sure you do your homework and compare notes to different tours within that country or city you want to visit.

Straight forward and always somebody available to chat with if required. Only problem I had was when I tried to use a promo code. The discount was taken from the total amount of the holiday but would not deduct from the credit card payment and it left me having to pay the advertised price of the holiday. This was both confusing and annoying as it did not give me any reason for the code not being accepted, just left me annoyed 😠

I paid in full and asked 2 important questions: 1. At what hotel does the tour begin and 2. What time and where do I meet to begin the tour on Feb 14. I HAVE RECEIVED NO RESPONSE TO THOSE TWO VERY IMPORTANT QUESTIONS! IT MAKES ME NERVOUS THAT COMMUNICATION BREAKDOWNS LIKE THAT ARE POSSIBLE AFTER TRAVELING HALF WAY ACROSS THE WORLD. IT GOES TO LACK OF QUALITY CONTROL.

We have had a look at your booking and can see that your tour operator has answered your questions and explained that they are in a different time zone to you. Whilst TourRadar is available to assist with general questions, payment arrangements, and so on, more specific questions about your tour do need to be answered by your operator, who has limited local operating hours.
