I found Tour Radar by googling Northern Scotland tours. Its site came up and I'm happy it did. I did a lot of research, contacting Tour Radar a couple times and a tour company directly. Responses from Tour Radar were always clear and quick. I'll definitely use Tpur Radar for future trips .

It took a week to confirm our booking (despite it saying there were places available when I booked online) and as we were waiting the flights we wanted were being booked up and becoming more expensive... when asked if i could cancel I was told that it would be non-refundable so I basically had already bought a tour and had to just hope the flights would be possible when we did get it confirmed... so far I'm not impressed and wouldn't recommend to friends.

When booking a tour shortly before the departure date, many operators indeed need a few business days to check that all accommodations still have space for an extra passenger. This process is necessary, as the operators want to make sure everything will be organised for you before actually confirming the reservation. Easy to use. Easy to filter for exactly what you think you want. Lots of choices and contact with all of the operators so if you have any questions they can be answered by the people in the know.

First agent Kim was very terse and unhelpful . Wanted cruise company and tour name. I told her It wasa six day river cruise out of Lyon on Oct 30. She refused to help quite rudely and hung up. Next agent JON was total opposite . Pleasant and helpful all the waY until got it handled Note all other staff have always been great.

This discount is valid when you pay for your tour in full by a certain date determined by the operator. This is why the final payment date is due before it normally would be. However, you can always choose to have the “Early Bird Payment” discount removed and have the final payment date pushed back. Great tour! Our guide, Mahjoub, was extremely professional, very knowledgeable about the sites we visited and very polite and patient with us. Our driver was also excellent, very careful and polite. Overall, good hotels and good meals.

Very easy process to book. They will inform you if you are out of their recommended age group (which i was). I was given option to change tour. The company also answered very quickly any questions i had prior to my booking.
