I love the emails with all the possible adventures!!! The price is fantastic and the trips looks fantastic. It really could not have been easier. I love the payment option as well. Its nice not to have to fork over all your money when you find a hot deal. Now we can plan to put aside the monies!!!

I recently took a solo trip to Cairo Egypt, Nov 2019, using Indus travel. Upon arrival in Egypt my hotel was switched separating me from the group. I emailed the emergency personnel & he responded swiftly & tried to rectify my hotel situation. The Egypt personnel for Indus dropped the ball with hotel bookings. So I stayed at new hotel & my trip was still great.

I really couldn't have asked for a better experience. I began a tour booking to Costa Rica initially by phone. The atmosphere was relaxed, with accurate and informed answers to all of my questions. Subsequently, I received immediate emails that included details of the conversation, descriptions of what had been processed for me, and information regarding the next steps to complete the process of payment. The full tour itinerary and contract specifications were provided, every expense was clearly indicated. The TourRadar team was there for me 24/7, offering assistance for any question I had.

tour radar called me personally to take care of questions and concerns which arose after booking a three day tour to Iceland online. Kristina was Very attentive, personable and accommodating. She answered all questions assuring me my tour was confirmed, paid, and good to go. (I had received an email back with a voucher indicating I needed to pay upon arrival, was a mishap) All in all, they took care of the misunderstanding communicating with Iceland contact. It was handled very professionally providing utmost quality service in the booking department allowing me to rest at ease. I'm looking forward to the same quality service on our tour. We booked the "Southern Treasures - 8 Days From Cusco to Lima" as listed on the TourRadar website. The site also shows a map indicating the trip is from Cusco to Lima. The itinerary for day 8 reads "A brief transfer from Puno to the neighboring city of Juliaca. Upon arrival in Lima there will be assistance for an international connecting flight, or if preferred, transfer for a hotel." We concluded from this descriptions and the map that the trip included transportation to Lima and booked it. We then learned that the trip ends in Juliaca. $392 for tickets for 2 to Lima. What a disappointment. We should have read the information on the "Not included" tap to learn that the trip actually ends in Juliaca. Misleading information - at best. We called to register our concern to be reminded that we should have read the information on the Not included tab more closely. First and last time for us to use TourRadar.

Called and spoke to Sara who had a a lovely English accent and was based in Toronto. She answered my questions and I signed up then. I am looking forward to this adventure.
