Many final billing mistakes were made. Ended up having four or five different final totals that each time I had to fight to get changed. Makes me untrusting of the company. Waste of my time and very frustrating experience.

It was a good experience selecting and signing up for the tour. The trouble I am still having is buying insurance for the trip. I tried numerous times but the site is not responding correctly, asking some questions several times even though I had already filled in. I still have not bought the insurance coverage yet. This was my first time booking with TourRadar. I had checked many sites and many other operators before choosing this company, and the process was straight-forward, convenient and incredibly user-friendly. The response was quick, to the point and really hassle-free. I'd recommend the company for booking ease.

My booking experience of my TourRadar presented no problems. However, I was appalled that the tour-recommended insurance for travelers over 70 costs almost $200 more than that available for travelers younger than 70. That is blatant age discrimination. The tour is advertised as suitable for people between ages 15 and 99. I am in excellent health and resent being punished for my seniority instead of rewarded for my good condition at my age.

Here at TourRadar, we do not sell travel insurance ourselves but have a company that we recommend to all our travellers. Many travel insurance companies do not sell insurance to travellers past a certain age, so travel insurance does tend to cost a bit more for passengers ages 70 or above. We always encourage our travellers to explore all their insurance options and choose a company best suited to their needs and budget. At first I was a bit confused about the relationship between Tourradar and Portugal Travel who is the provider of the cruise service. I've received correspondence from both Portugal Travel and Tourradar. Perhaps the connection between Tourradar and the tour agents they work with needs to be clear. Otherwise the booking experience was good

Customer who takes multiple tours from you, is always required to update the passport pictures and home address etc for each trip. Why can't this data be populated from the data already stored.

However, important traveller information such as passport details and home addresses are not stored for security reasons. While tedious, many tour operators require up-to-date traveller details upon booking so it is important to re-enter them each time to ensure accuracy. The Tour Opperator Moose Western Canada cancel the Trip and make my a new deal. But Tourradar will this not accepted! I will never travel with Tourradar!
