I worked with Elle who is in Australia and she was extremely helpful. She answered all my questions and provided me with links to secure insurance and helped setup my 48 hour hold. Really a great experience.

Before you make your bookings, they will respond to all your queries within an hr but as soon as your tours booked god help you if you have any questions. It’ll be a miracle if you receive a response within a week. Travelled twice with them and had the same experience both the time.

What this means is that any messages you send will go directly to them, and they are available to respond during their local business hours. This can sometimes cause a bit of a delay, especially as many operators are closed through the weekend. Generally, your first point of contact will be a TourRadar agent who will assist you with comparing tours prior to booking. After you book, depending on the operator, your messages will go directly to them, as they will always have the most up-to-date information about your booking and are best equipped to assist you. Many final billing mistakes were made. Ended up having four or five different final totals that each time I had to fight to get changed. Makes me untrusting of the company. Waste of my time and very frustrating experience.

It was a good experience selecting and signing up for the tour. The trouble I am still having is buying insurance for the trip. I tried numerous times but the site is not responding correctly, asking some questions several times even though I had already filled in. I still have not bought the insurance coverage yet.
