“I have never worked with such a helpful group of people who persisted until we got it right. I wish they handled air and hotel because they were far better than those that did. I appreciate a service that makes that communicates as effectively as TourRadar does.”

“The booking was smooth. The only problem was with the payment options for India. Only cards from Premium Private Banks can be used to make the payments. Apart from that, the Customer care was very courteous and prompt.”

“Was a really good experience. Some options on the tour were not available on the webpage, e.g., single room supplement, pre/post-accommodation arrangements; however, a quick chat resolved those questions quickly. I particularly liked the ability to receive a transcript of my chat to document and remind me of what was discussed. I travel a lot and will return.”

“I have been very happy with all the people I have dealt with at TourRadar, they have been so very helpful and did not give up in trying to get me booked into the tour I wanted which they succeeded in doing. They kept me informed all the way. I cannot thank them enough.”
