“Tour Radar confirms the tour but later the agency didn't confirm even giving date flexibility. Happily I didn't buy the flights. Tours should never been confirmed without having the real confirmation from the travel agency. The refund was quick and efficient”

However, your tour was not a Guaranteed Departure, as there were not enough travelers booked on the departure date. As your dates were not flexible, the tour operator offered you a full refund which we can see has been issued. “I tried contacting the company to see if what I was finding was the most adequate for my wants/needs, no one answered the phone for a long long time, and finally I booked online, the process I can't say other thing that it was perfect. Hope the rest of the process stays the same way, as the booking but not the phone service.”
