Web super easy to use. Lots of options. Customer service great and always available. Fast and service available. 2 things that can be improved: 1. When searching for last minute deals would be great to be able to sort by date of departure. 2. Once trip is booked its not clear if the contact should be made with TourRadar or the actual touroperator. Once I got my confirmation I didnt get replies to my inquiries from TourRadar.

prompt communication. But perhaps put return dates on trips. is confusing... I did email wild and happy too but did not get a reply for my 2nd email so booked with you. was confused if you were another company completely or a booking agent.

I had an issue paying for my trip due to a miscommunication about what prices were optional and which were mandatory. TourRadar's customer service worked with myself and the tour company to come to a solution, arranging for either a complete refund or a modified agreement. TourRadar's staff called me personally to discuss the issue and worked with the tour company to ensure that there would be no issues with changing the arrangements. Happily, everything worked out and there was no issue in the end. I was very satisfied with the customer service I received, and strongly recommend TourRadar.

Hi Brand, Thank you for your review and for your constructive feedback. Regarding 'fees for solo travellers', this is also only applicable to some tours, but we completely understand it can be disappointing if you hadn't budgeted for it. Single supplements are made mandatory by the tour operators, not TourRadar. They are usually for tours where there is no-one else to share with (ie: independent or small group tours) or in cases where the tour is a premium product and sharing with a stranger is not something the operator's brand wants to offer. Having said that, there is good news too - TourRadar offers a vast range of tours operated by companies who are more than happy to pair solo travellers with another person of the same gender. This information is displayed on our dedicated tour detail pages under 'inclusions', however, if you're ever unsure, simply get in touch and we'll be happy to help look into alternate tour options that suit your travel dates! I have not gone on my trip to New Zealand yet but so far, booking my NOrth Island Adventure tour through Tour Radar has been great! I get quick responses from the operators to answer all my questions and concerns. The website is easy to navigate through and friendly service. Happy to write more when I return from my trip!

The website is very orgnized and the details covers everything I have in mind. The downside is the extra fees for accommodation for single option. I cant avoud paying it as long as I am alone even if dont mind sharing with anyone. The extra charge is huge compared to 3 nights only costing 335$. The weird thing is if later a friend wants to join and share the room with the extra charge wont be refunded!!!

We had the chance to review your booking and can see that the Tour Operator has a mandatory single supplement required for all travelers who book onto this tour, as they do not have an automatic room share option. This is something that TourRadar does not have any control over. However, if the tour group has enough solo travellers that book on, the operator will try and pair you up with someone of the same gender and refund for the single supplement would be provided. This is the reason for the additional cost upfront, as they would not want to have you confirm a tour and later be asked to pay more money if they are not able to pair you with another solo traveller of the same gender. I enjoyed reading and seeing the various tour options for many organizations to help me decide which tour to select. I would like to be able to print your TourRadar Terms & Conditions as well as Flying Kiwi's Terms & Conditions. Can you tell me how that would be possible? I'm looking for your policy on tour prices following the purchase of a tour. Thank you.

You can find the booking terms and conditions for each tour on the booking page. Simply click 'Book Now' or 'Instant Book' on the tour you like and when you reach the page which prompts you to enter your details, scroll down to the bottom. Just between where you enter your payment details and the final blue 'Book Now' button, you will see links to both TourRadar's Terms and Conditions and the operator's terms and conditions. It was very easy to make the reservation. The tour operator Ho An Express immediately sent me a welcome email with my itinerary. However, on that email they said it was an upgrade fee to a three star hotels. Yet the "What's included" section on the tour at there website Listed three-star hotels. So, when I inquired about it, and asked if we would be staying at the hotels listed in the "was included" section the tour operator stated if they were available. That does not explain why they have an upgrade fee to a three star hotel. Neither tour radar or Ho An express has answered this particular question.

We can assure you there is no upgrade fee for the 3-star accommodation on your tour, which leads us to believe the information in the email the operator has sent you directly is not correct and/or needs updating.
