Tourradar is prompt in replying to any quarry regarding the tour. I recommend this tour provider to anyone who wishes to have good and efficient customer service. The cost is always negotiable and the consultants are easily accessible.

I am very disappointed with Tourradar. I had googled Greenland for solo travellers & they had two (what seemed to be Amazing) tours on offer. The price was presented as a solo traveller price. When I contacted them to double check this they then told me there was a single supplement and that the dates that the website were showing as available actually were not. What a complete waste of my time. TourRadar can you please ensure that you are clear about pricing and you need especially to address your solo traveller link!!!

Hi Petra, Thank you for your review. We regret to know that you felt disappointed upon learning that there is a mandatory single supplement for the trip you are interested in. To clarify, some operators will require a minimum of 2 passengers per booking, but the operator for the trip you were looking at accepts solo travellers. This means that the trip will show up in search results for solo travellers. However, the starting price is based on twin share and this is reflected on the booking page where travellers are able to view different cabin prices for single or double occupancy. We can see that our dedicated cruise team is currently looking into the availability of a single cabin for your desired departure date and will follow up with you via email as soon they have further information. Booking was easy and tour was confirmed instantly! Was able to view and manage tour through "manage bookings". Download the tour radar apps for easier manipulations. Hope the tour goes well!

The customer service is great with TourRadar! I had several questions and they all got answered very quickly from the friendly staff. The website is easy to navigate and smooth to use when booking. I am excited for the Bali trip! :)

I requested additional information some time ago and was answered quickly by email. Then I kept getting emails announcing sales and getting a promo code. I called Diogo because I couldn't get the promo code correct and he sent me an email with the tour I wanted at the sale price and with the promo code discount so I was able then to just click on the link he sent and got my booking made. I am happy with the booking service and if the tour itself goes this well I will be very happy. It's a trip I have been wanting to take for awhile now. Looking forward to it.

A simple phone-call to TourRadar, to get in touch with Felipe, Nadine, Nina or Julia who had looked after our bookings on three previous occasions - and, hey presto, the enquiries about our forthcoming tour were dealt with very efficiently, quickly and with the utmost attention. Confirmation of our booking was required early, in view of the fact that very few flight seats, we were told, were available for our return journey home. And confirmation was provided within a very short time - thus putting our minds at rest in order to book our flights immediately. We cannot but say a big "Thank you" to all the TourRadar staff. We are confident that future requirements, when and if these occur, will similiarly be attended to by them.

Easy booking, it would have been helpful if I had know what information was going to be asked before I started the process of booking, i.e. birthdays. I was booking for six and made several phone calls during the process. Once I found the "right" tour, I had a little difficulty finding it again. Other than that booking was easy.

In order to easily locate your perfect tour later on, the Email Icon on the top-right of the page will enable you to send a link for future browsing. Once a booking is placed, we set up a personalized booking platform for our customers, which contains all of the details of your tour, including an easy-view link. This platform is accessible through our confirmation email, or in the ‘My Tours’ section of your TourRadar account. Good but it would be useful to have a flag that comes up before booking and paying that there are not currently enough people for the tour to run. I paid and then it was immediately declined which then meant going through a refund process that slowed down the ability to find and book another tour

Hi Christeen, We thank you for your feedback about a good booking experience but regret to hear that you were unable to secure a spot on your desired tour. At TourRadar we will always endeavor to make the booking process as smooth as possible and value any feedback we receive in order to perfect this. Some tour operators do have a minimum numbers requirement and it was unfortunate that the date you requested had not met this. Looking at your file we can see this booking was never fully confirmed and your funds were pre-authorised but never taken by TourRadar. This means there was a temporary hold put on the funds with your payment provider. As soon as your tour request was declined, the hold placed on these funds were automatically voided with the bank. We understand that waiting for pre-authorized funds to return to your card can be time-consuming and would like to advise that during this pending process we can easily transfer these funds to another tour of your choice if ever required. With all this said, we are very glad to see you were able to successfully book an alternative tour for your chosen date, and you are all set for your next amazing touring experience! When deciding to book this tour I found it of great value being able to hold the spot for up to 48 hours giving time to confirm other arrangements and clash of dates before going ahead. Once having decided to confirm the booking I was kept well up to date with where the process was up to. I have found the site to be easy to use and information easy to follow. No problems at all
