they would take a long time to respond to my questions. then when they respond, they wouldn't answer all my questions. then the one's they did answer were not answered thoroughly.

Hello, I am not 100% happy with the handling. I still wait for my documents and do not know really whom I have to ask to send them finally.There are too many different people or companies involved.I travel a lot (4 to 5 times a year) and had never so many questions as this time. Can you give me the phone number of the firm who send finally my travel documents?? Regards Helga

We have contacted Exodus in order to get an electronic copy of your documents sent additionally. I asked about how long we would be in Belfast, and I was told "2 hours", which includes, apparently, some free time according to the itinerary. I really wanted to know why the Titanic Experience was not included on the tour; and, would it be possible for me to see it while in Belfast during our short visit, if, for example, I skipped whatever it is you have planned for the super fast visit in Belfast. I was not completely happy with the lack of information on this matter. I did chats and phone calls and both were answered in a timely fashion.

Having had a poor experience with a Canadian tour booker, who promised to ring me back with a price and then failed to do so, I was delighted when ringing the following day to find Polish Barbara on the line who was MUCH better. It's a shame the website doesn't allow you to find out what a single supplement is in money. This is a failure.

I found the staff to be helpful but verry lade back i'm the sort of person that wants things done straight away for example once I've booked a holiday I want my tickets ASAP not have to keep chasing them up to see where they are the same thing aplyed when booking my transfer other than that I find your staff very polite but would have to think twice about useing you again

To Paul Thank you for your honest feedback regarding your booking experience - we are always looking to improve so appreciate your clear explanations of the parts of your booking that did not meet your expectations. I can see in your booking that your tour vouchers were issued to you as soon as they were released by Intrepid Travel, once your transfers were confirmed and final add ons included. We here at TourRadar distribute your final tour documents as soon as we receive them from the tour supplier, however until all elements of your booking are confirmed, it's not actually possible to issue documents. We apologise if this was not clearly explained throughout your booking process, but I can see you received your documents more than 3 weeks prior to departure and your payment invoice confirming your booking on the same day that you booked your trip. We hope that should you wish to book another tour we can better meet your expectations, and wish you a fabulous time on your trip! Kind Regards Carly

Although TourRadar provides fast customer service, when it comes to payments and money matters it is pretty messy. This is especially likely to happen if you request a change, such as single supplement etc. They can mess it up and pretty much charge you whatever they want and not what you see on the screen. I booked the Bolivia, Argentina and Peru Adventure they charge me approx. $9000 instead of the approved approx. $7500, leaving me in a foreign country with no money. It took me three days in the bank to adjust the error. It was the third time the company overcharged me by mistake. In the previous instances, I had placed a cap on my credit card so they could not get the money. I suggest when one makes a purchase from them should place a restriction on the card. Apart from that the discounts and rewards are attractive.

We'd like to clarify that we do not have any leeway to charge 'whatever we like' and as we attempted to advise to you in your booking conversations, the charges you incurred were wholly enforced by your bank, not by TourRadar. We will only ever charge what the tour operators advise is relevant to your tour request - so any add ons such as single supplements or if the tour is On Request will be charged accordingly, but nothing further. The booking proceeded relatively smoothly but I was quoted one price for a hotel preceeding the tour then another price more than double when I wanted to book.

There are a lot of trips to choose from, however, the price on the website was not correct and the person in charge of my booking never responded. I ended up having to through my friend who had the same issue before I could get any help. It was actually the chat bubble that pops up on the homepage that got what I needed. If it wasn't for my friend having booked trips before, I probably wouldn't use it again

The communication of Alex was really good. However the time frame of waiting for 3 days to confirm a booking is too long. Then I had to contact Tour Radar to give me my acceptance. I still haven't received the vouchers for my teacel and I leave on 14 December.

I liked Tour Radar for its customer service initially but then there were differences from one person to another about what they tell you about their policies. There is no accountability of information given by representative. It is very easy for them to say, oh, that person gave you wrong information. I am an experienced traveller, have motivated many to travel so if some one ask me for Tour Radar it would be, yes, make a reservation with lot of caution because what they tell you can change by next person you talk to within Tour Radar.

I wasn't happy with the two conflicting prices of my tour - and of course, even less happy when the correct price was the higher one! Because of this, not a real good experience. I would recommend, but with the proviso to watch the final costs.

On June 1st, I asked a simple question: I would like to book one night at Hotel Maamoura. for June 21 Can you provide me with an address? I will forego the transit. $39 seems a bit much for Morocco. Thanks I still haven't receive a response.
