“It is the first time I booked a tour package through Tour Radar. First, navigating is easy, very descriptive and many options (depending where you would like to travel), prices are very competitive. My first chatting experience was with Piotr, he was very friendly and helpful; my second chatting experience was with Heidi, at first I got confused as she was not sure about one of the additional services offered in the package, later she confirmed. I am looking forward to start my adventure to Russia!”

“Well the booking part was good but after that i received a message back that the trip is not quite is advertised, it is shorter and not as good. This is not acceptable as the trip is still as is on site. Why not change it instead of waiting for people to buy and then inform them it is not true? The trip is Go Local in Greece.”

“We had to cancel a vacation booking to China due to the Coronavirus Outbreak six weeks prior to departure! Everyone at TourRadar was extremely helpful and understanding. We were able to save our vacation by being able to cancel the China Booking and change to a trip to India with almost the exact same travel dates. The entire process went smoothly and quickly. We went from feeling totally devastated to new excitement about a different destination that was on our Bucket Lists! Thank you to everyone at TourRadar. We will look forward to working with you again very soon, as we travel internationally twice a year! Can't recommend you highly enough!!! Thank you for everything!”

“Booking a trip, while exhilarating, can also be incredibly stressful. TourRadar's easy to browse website helped to mitigate some of the stress that invariably comes with trip planning. Immediately after booking our trip, we received a confirmation email and were contacted directly by our tour manager, who has been incredibly efficient and prompt with regards to answering my myriad of questions thus far. Would 100% recommend booking through this site to a friend.”

“At the minute its not a great experience hope they can turn it around for me as I thought I booked a Machu Piccu Inca trial with them but after taken the money from me they have said there is no room on my chosen date and I have no flexibility with my dates due to my flights, hopefully they can rectify this issue for me.”

We have investigated the situation, and we are sorry to see that your operator confirmed your booking before checking the Inca Trail availability. We will get in touch with them in order to ensure this does not happen in the future. Inca Trail permits are indeed restricted by the Peruvian government, in order to limit the number of travellers hiking on this path every day. When the permits are sold out, it is unfortunately not possible to book the Inca Trail anymore. However, they are other options available if your dates are fixed (Salkantay Trek, Lares Trek, etc.), so we will be in touch with you directly in order to to find a solution together.
