Great experience! Easy to navigate, filter and compare tours. Recent reviews are helpful to finally choose one. Great to be connected to a local travel agent specialising small groups in Sicily. Booking screen reassured no extra for credit card payment and clearly showed the amount to pay now and later. Will recommend to others. Thank you 😊

Well the booking process was smooth. After booking my tour I planned my whole holiday around it Cuba and Mexico. Cuban adventures just cancelled my 8 day tour what am I supposed to do now. Travelling from Australia I can’t just change my dates. Very f...... disappointed ☹️

With my bookings I found the online process very easy and the customer support is awesome. All my queries were resolved immediately, which helped my booking easy with no stress. The quick message replies and phone call support really helped me. It would be much appreciating if we get the same kind of service till the end of our trip as we invest both our valuable time and money for a memorable trip.

This was my first time booking a tour as I usually travel independently. I am so impressed with the level of service I have received. Any questions I have had are answered promptly and I have had quite a few questions relating to different tours. The responses are professional and very helpful. This company has gone above and beyond to provide an easy booking experience.

They changed the tour description of my Africa after I booked, so I contacted them. Here's an excerpt of the ensuing conversation. I believe it's illustrative of the way they treat customers. 2nd October 2019 TourRadar: "Hello Nathan, Thanks for getting in touch with us and your questions about your booking. We didn't change the text since you booked, Nathan We realise that it might be disappointing that you din't notice it earlier but hope you will enjoy you trip and have a fantastic time!" Me: "You did change the text. " 7th October 2019 TourRadar: "Hi Nathan, Thank you for your reply. I can assure you that neither TourRadar or the tour operator, Absolute Africa have changed the text in the itinerary." Me: Had to send PROOF they changed the text on their website 8th October 2019 Finally stated he obvious with no regret and no apology. TourRadar: "We can also see from the screenshot you have attached that the wording of those inclusions have changed since the time you have booked the tour." However, they were glad to pass the blame. We do regret that the opportunity for you to provide this supporting evidence earlier, was missed. "[Absolute Africa] would like to apologize for that confusion, and thank you for your feedback, that will help in improving the description for the next travellers." Me: Sill no apology for how Tour Radar reps treated me? Nope. They blamed me instead TourRadar: "We do regret that the opportunity for you to provide this supporting evidence earlier, was missed." No apology

This was human error and the agents who were in contact with you have been coached as to how they might handle a situation like this more effectively. Booking was easy- help team was very responsive and provided excellent detailed answers. The only drawback by phone or instant chat was when we asked them to compare tour options for tours from different local companies or providers- it would be great to put together a list of parameters (duration of tour, accommodations, group size limit, transport vehicles, AC or not, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, etc) and to have these fields populated when clients want to compare options

Just completed 29 day Indochina tour of Thailand, Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia absolutely amazing Tourradar service was top notch they helped with the purchase and provided regular and helpful email communications had two telephone conversations that were 100% satisfactory the website had great travel tips I am a 65 year traveller and would recommend Tourradar to other travellers I will book with them again
