“Finn was very resourceful when it came to questions about local currency, visa requirements, travel insurance etc. Went the extra mile to be sure I was informed about all aspects of the trip and felt comfortable with all my questions being answered. Very personable and patient agent! Took the time to address any and all concerns.”

“I didn’t really understand why I had to enter all the info you wanted, twice. I have done it though and the flight section was a little difficult at first but once I understood, it was fine.”

At this stage, for the particular tour you have booked we do require that our travelers complete their details in full with both TourRadar and directly in a portal linked to the tour operator. The tour operator requires the details to be completed by the passenger directly rather than TourRadar which is why there are two stages. “Easy to book, clear website well set out. The only downfall is I wish it was clearer which tours had single supplement fees without having to go through the booking part to check. Other than that 10/10 super friendly staff knowledgeable.”
