Booking was surprisingly easy. I was able to message back and forth with the tour company any questions I had. Their answers were very prompt and satisfying. I'd use TourRadar again, no question about it.

Well, We booked on tour for July 9 back in Feb/March 2019, Two days ago (June 16), I got a message that it was cancelled. I was stressed. However, They did get me on another tour 7/13. I had to rearrange all of my other vacation plans, but in the end, it all worked out. They were very helpful and we are looking forward to our tour in just a few weeks.

Badly planned tour with minimum tour of the cities. Day 1 in Valencia - 2 hours of Valencia is simply not enough Day 1 Barcelona - Driven to madrid in the evening and left at the hotel Day 2 Barcelona - Only shown around Barcelona in the morning for 3 hours but barely stopped at the majority of landmarks to see. Not taken anywhere near La Sagrada. Day 3 - Barcelona to Zaragoza - Zaragoza is very nice. 1 hour is not enough in Zaragoza This tour is a ENGLISH SPEAKING TOUR and all of the hosts spoke Spanish 90% of the time.

Hi, First time booking a tour here. I booked a tour for 8 days in Iceland. The tour company came back confirming that I booked a 6 day tour, but clarified later on exactly what it was and how it would work out. Everyonewas quick to come back and I had it resolved within a two or three days, so pretty good?

Hi there, Thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback. After taking a look at your booking, we can confirm that you have booked an 8-day tour to Iceland. As per the itinerary, the first and last day of the tour includes free time for travellers to explore on their own before taking off for their adventure around Iceland. As there are no scheduled actives for the first and last day of the tour, the operator has issued final documents only showing the scheduled actives for your tour, however, you will still have accommodation included for all 7 nights. The operator will also be happy to provide any suggestions on how to spend your free time. We hope this helps to clarify any confusion here. I spoke to numerous agents including Felipe, Joe, Hannah and Monique. All had extraordinary manners and patience and gave customer service that is all too rare these days. It was truly rewarding to be greeted with such service and assistance. I will now always look first to TourRadar for my future travel.

Every time that I will travel solo to a place and I have limited time, I always check TourRadar as they have a great selection of operators with multi-day tours. I have also used their chat service and I always get a prompt response.

This is the first time that I have used TourRadar to book a bus tour. So far, it has been a great experience. The website is easy to navigate, customer service has been very helpful when I had to call hem with a couple of questions, and communications via messages/emails have been good. I have a group of 7 people who will be going on our first bus tour, so I am sure that we will be happy to give our review afterwards.

Contacted TourRadar from Vancouver, BC Jun 17th, 2019 and spoke with Natalia. I was inquiring about the "Brilliant Bordeaux" 8 day cruise for the fall of 2019. Natalia was professional, knowledge, patient and positive. She answered all my questions and helped process our booking in a timely manner. I have dealt with several other on-line tour operators and none have come close, to how well TourRadar handled my booking. Price for my cruise was by far, much better than their competition. I would not hesitate to use TourRadar again and would certainly recommend them to our friends. Thank you.

I have been trying to get in contact with some one in the company but I get no response in October of 2016 i went on a tour with your company. and this year in October 2019 I will be taking another tour with your company. I did not know that booking in couples would be cheaper, than when booking all us 6 myself, husband & friends together. We all need our own separate rooms all six of us can not be together in one room. Please can you inform me if we will be in separate rooms we are 3 couples. Ans I would like to know if I can change my reservation from one into 3 so we can pay less. thank you

Whenever I had a question, I received a rapid response from both the tour operator as well as Tourradar. The site was easy to use and booking was not at all a hassle. I only wish that the discounted price could be used as well as past credits earned.

I was very happy with the huge selection of tours that were all for different prices, lengths, and experience types. So it was easy to choose something for my specific wants and needs. Normally I would book a tour through the actual website and not a third party but tourradar's chat system put me in contact with the owner of the tour group who also owns a hotel in the area and I was able to sort my accommodation and transport with his help. Thanks a lot! One small downside is that Tourradar does not verify the companies that offer tours on their website as legitimate or not. So I would suggest travellers research the companies before booking.
