Took a long time (7 days) to get a booking confirmed. Vendor was very slow which was the problem. The vendor did not improve their standing when we arrived and they struggled to find our booking details. No fault of Tourradar. Problem with AATKings.

I had extensive messaging back and forth with Tour Radar trying to locate the right tour for me, at the right time and with adjustments since I am a solo traveler. I received the information that I needed and was able to make my decision regarding the right trip for me.

My second time using TourRadar was as easy as the first experience. If we have as great a tour in the Grand Canyon as we had on our trip to Ireland, I'll be very happy.

Booking was a very easy process. The tour we are interested in, we had some question about. We were directed to a tour consultant who answered our questions, and we then booked with a representative over the phone.

I asked several questions of the tour radar rep and she forwarded to Insight. That was several days ago past the time your rep said I would receive an answer. I’m still waiting
