Booking was a very easy process. The tour we are interested in, we had some question about. We were directed to a tour consultant who answered our questions, and we then booked with a representative over the phone.

My contact is Patricia. She is very informed an pleasant to communicate with. All my questions, so far, have been answered. We have communicated both by phone and internet. This is my third time using TourRadar. The website is user friendly. All the information you need is right there. The staff is amazing. They answer all my questions and keep me informed.

I asked several questions of the tour radar rep and she forwarded to Insight. That was several days ago past the time your rep said I would receive an answer. I’m still waiting

Booking was super easy! I had been looking at a specific tour package for about 4 months, planned it all out, and when it came time to buy- all my info and selections were saved. Each time I would look at it and refresh the page, it would show updated costs. With covid-19 going on we had some questions about how the tour company was handling testing while on our trip- and we were informed that they schedule the testing to come out to the hotel 3 days before the end of the trip- which is handy. Once we booked, we were contacted by Hany. Hany gave us all the info for the tour and has been super helpful with any of our questions. Overall the booking process was really easy and efficient.

I took more time in selecting our Europe tour from a variety of choices. Once I made my decision, It took only two minutes to make my booking through TOUR RADER. As I made payment of 10% advance money as advance, I got my receipt and intimation in no time. I have an excellent booking experience, everything is crystal clear, rules & regulations etc. is also spelt out.
